Dishonest. My warranty company sent Don to repair my GE dishwasher. Don confirmed the part needed for the repair, expecting the part within 2 weeks. I called him 2 weeks later, he said the part was factory back ordered throughout the country and it would be another 2 weeks. I contacted GE customer service and learned the part was always available. I called Don to tell him this, he told me his information was from the Portland supplier he is required to use. I called the supplier and learned from them the part had always been available. I called Don back to find out what caused the delay(GE or the Portland supplier), Don then backed out of the job. I called my warranty company for a replacement repairman, the company reported Don admitted to them he had not properly and timely made the original part order. Had Don been honest with me about the delay I would accepted his mistake and waited. Instead he was dishonest about the cause of the problem and refused to finish the repair.

Don, the owner and appliance repair person of DD Services, was rude on the phone. Further he charged the tenant for the work done, instead of the landlord, which had been the agreement. And most importantly, on top of the $ 75 fee to show up, he charged $ 50 for putting a cleaning agent into the door of the appliance, which took only minutes to complete. I used them 3 times on a warranty claim and they couldn’t fix the problem. I reluctantly used them to diagnos a dryer problem and his diagnosis assured me that I needed a $ 100 motor, which I bought and it wasn’t the problem but was a $ 100 timer. He would not refund his diagnosis fee, or pay for the motor or buy a timer. Do Not Use this company. You will only end up like me, out $ 300 and still not have the problem solved. Very Unprofessional
