Service appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM. Has been re-​scheduled 5 times. Is now approaching 5:00 PM and they say they’re on the way (for the 5th time). Did give me the option to cancel and re-​schedule. And waste another day, are you kidding? Then there was the tedious process of trying to arrange all this with «Andrew.» All in all, I recommend avoiding Dish… but then you’re stuck with them if you’re using their service. It’s been very frustrating…
