I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical at first, but once I tried many of their offerings, I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied.
Sometimes when you get items that are made to substitute, you can totally tell that it’s the «red-​headed step child» but the Elegant Elephant Baking Company items are the real deal. You can’t tell the difference. So yummy!

I love this company! It is so nice to be able to have a gluten-​like treat without the gluten! The bagels and Danishes are amazing! I really enjoy talking to the owners. They are both super sweet and very talented! Pretty much everything I’ve had there is spectacular! The croissants are the closest to croissants I’ve had.

Elegant Elephant is completely gluten-​free which is amazing for though of us with actual allergies! Their basic recipes (scones, cookies and brownies) are simple and amazing and seem to have started popping up in coffee shops and stores all over town, but their secret amazingness is in the «bakery boxes».
They create bakery boxes that are a unique medley of savory and sweet gluten-​free items, and you get one box a week. They contain anything from raw truffles to pretzels to allergen-​free carrot bread. You can also custom order; they can do soy-​free, corn-​free, nut-​free, dairy-​free and even xanthan gum-​free and sugar-free…simply impossible to find anywhere else.
The owner is the sweetest and I cannot recommend them enough; I’d hire Elegant Elephant to cater any event or special occasion.
