I’m a total sucker for amazing foam when I have a cappuccino and this coffee shop does it right! I also enjoyed a Yule log with my coffee and it was delicious.

I love the atmosphere in this café, which shares space with Belle Sorelle boutique and gifts. I’m a tea drinker, so I can’t comment on coffee menu offerings, but there are yummy sweet things to accompany your beverage and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing. I take myself here to read over my cuppa. Comfortable, attractive seating indoors and out. The owner is a very kind, gracious host.

I’m giving three generous stars because this place looks cute and I hope it has a chance to shape up.
I went in and asked if they could make a café au lait, mostly just to make sure they had coffee brewed and not just espresso. The man running the counter asked if I just wanted some milk in a coffee, and I clarified that it needed to be steamed. Okay, strike one. I asked if they have a credit card minimum, and he didn’t seem to have an answer, but let me place my order, which was nice. When he finally tried to run it, apparently the machine locked him out, so he wasn’t able to take any card from me. I left empty handed, with no real apology. Really awkward and disappointing coffee experience for 10AM on a weekday.
