After my first experience at Eugene Computer Repair, it will be the only computer repair place I will ever go to in the future. My laptop was completely dead and would not turn on. Fabio did a free diagnostic and immediately believed that it was the motherboard. Within a week of going to Fabio, I am now typing on my laptop which is not only working again, but is also much faster and more efficient since he took off all the junk slowing down my computer. Fabio even added two programs to my computer for free, which will decrease malware, viruses, and adware. Fabio did not charge for shipping or the extra time he spent with me to get my laptop performing even better. I am sincerely impressed with Fabio’s honesty and knowledge of computers. After poor experiences with Nerds on Call prior to this, I was reluctant to fix my computer again, but Fabio totally hooked it up and I will definitely be back. I heartily recommend Eugene Computer Repair for all of your computer, tablet, and phone needs. Seriously, you won’t regret it.
