It was a pleasure walking into this place! The people there were extremely friendly and were very informative about their bikes. They let me test drive one of them and go around the block a few times, which was very fun! E-​bikes are a bit more expensive, however, they are super fun to ride! I had never ridden an e-​bike before and now I really want one! I would love to go back there and get one someday!!! I also highly recommend this place, they are AWESOME!

Riding an electric for the first time is a uniquely transformative experience. It’s as if the wind were always at your back. Hills that formerly intimidated and tired me become a source of unbridled delight. You actually accelerate with seemingly bionic legs as your new best friend carries you onward and upward. Why haven’t I tried one of these magic rides before? Having just tried E-​bikes in other shops (Portland and Eugene) I was still looking for the right bike. I mean, I was new to the whole electric bicycle thing and shopping for the «perfect fit». I was fortunate to meet Marie and Tom, the new owners of Eugene Electric. Warm, friendly and knowledgeable, they had a large inventory and the ideal location next to the bike path for several thorough demo rides. Press a button, choose your «power level» and suddenly you feel as if you have world class legs. Riding an «unplugged «bike pales in comparison. Eugene needed a dedicated electric bike shop. Their line of E-​bikes have the longest and best warranty in the industry. Marie cared about me and my needs. She guarantees your satisfaction with all her products. Marie and Tom stand 100% behind what they sell. I enjoyed my many visits with them and would certainly buy again. Highly recommended!

I went into Eugene Electric Bicycles not knowing what to expect. The customers service was amazing and the bikes were so innovative and fun! From getting in a solid workout to enjoying a leisurely ride, my e-​bike experience was absolutely perfect (especially when I rode through Hendricks Hills). I highly recommend an e-​bike the next time you need to get around town or want to enjoy a beautiful summer ride along the river!
