Eugene Spa and Hot Tub

We just had an excellent experience with Eugene Spa and Hot Tub. The sales man at the show room was very nice and answered all our questions. Turns out he went to school with some family members of ours. We chose our hot tub and it was recently delivered. The delivery guys were great and did an excellent job at placing the hot tub were we wanted it. The new hot tub looks great and are hopefully getting the electrical hooked up today. Excellent service!!!

Spa technician /​repairman and part owner needs refresher course in repairing spas and customer service! Well today is thanksgiving Day 2014 and my grown children are coming over later to eat hot turkey. Some will want to relax after dinner in our hot tub.
But that won’t happen today, because my hot tub is still broken one week after having repairs done and getting billed for it. I told the technician how important it was to get an accurate diagnosis so that repairs are done correctly the first time. They were not :(
I told the tech the low speed pump would not come on and sometimes the circuit breaker would trip. He tested the heater and although it was working wanted to replace it any way because of a tiny dot of rust and corrosion.
He replaced the heater (?) and at my concern also replaced the pressure switch, my idea from reading about fixes online, not his. «Just in case» he said. After repairs were done I asked if this would fix the problem, he answered «Yes». But wait, during repairs the spa technician told me the (alleged) heater problem would not cause the low speed pump to fail. Huh? I’m confused. I do know this, I have a bill for repairs and a broken spa/​hot tub.
BTW, this morning it’s doing exactly the same thing it was before technician ever showed up. Bought this tub from this same company about 8 yrs ago.
To add insult to injury, repairman left trash and my old used heater element laying on the deck next to the spa. Was the element even broken?

This company installed our hot tub for the prior owner of the house. We have called them twice for repair work and are more than satisfied. In the last instance, the problem was that a poor (original) hose clamp had fallen off, causing the spa to drain. The repair did not take five minutes. Although I was quite prepared to pay for a house call, it wasn’t necessary. This company totally understands the concept of good will! When I called Eugene Spa, they were able to supply an exact fit cover of high quality for less money than any equivalent I had found on the ‘Net. This is an excellent local company with whom we will continue to recommend and of course to do business with.

These guys know their stuff and will help you find the right spa for your needs and teach you how to take care of it. There’s a lot of experience in this place and they are happy to share it. Their prices are very reasonable including delivery and repairs. They take the time to answer all my questions and help me to keep my hot tub running year after year.
