Took my mower in to get service, when I dropped it off they immediately asked if I would be able to pick it up quick since theyre so busy, I said sure. A week later no news… I tried to call them and was simply left on hold(they layed the phone down and clearly forgot me as I waited 18 mins and literally heard the store empty…)

Usually go there to get my husband chainsaw. Went there a week ago to get an old chainsaw a «free» estimate, they called back and told us it would be fairly expensive to fix and that they didn’t know if it was the problem but that’s where they were going to start. We weren’t willing to spend the money to fix it that we would just come pick it up. Duke, who works there said that it was in pieces and we could pick it up whenever we wanted. My husband told me this and I was shocked that he hadn’t put it back together so I called back. I asked how much it would cost to have it put back together(because had I of known how to take it apart or put it together I would of done it myself) he had the biggest attitude about it saying«well it’s a free estimate» I could hear him sighing and he said that he would just do it(like it was somehow not his job. I said okay thank you, and he hung up on me… Really? Apparently his job is to hard to have good customer service and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe next time instead of being an asshole he’ll just charge me like a normal person. The good news is they do seem to have a knowledge of their items.
