Pricey and beware of the 30 day cancelation notice. I paid for a 3 month membership to end a week before my wedding. At the time I signed up you pay a membership fee ($ 49) plus the monthly fee for unlimited use. Everything was fine until I went in to cancel. I came in one day after my membership renewal (which they already charged me for the new month) and said I would like to cancel after this week and that I understood the month would still be paid for. They said they have a 30 day cancelation policy after your last payment. This is the absolute first time I had heard this. So lucky them. They get two more monthly payments from me, when all I needed was one more week before my wedding and honeymoon. So if I had come in just one day sooner I could have canceled in September and now I am paying through the end of October. These people are crooks and not worth it. I chose this place out of location and convenience. It would be nice to know policies ahead of time and not have this hidden away in a lengthy contract. My bad for not reading, but it makes me feel seriously duped but not clearly having this available to customers.

First experience here… not so good. Hours of operation posted on the door. Says they open at 11 am on Saturdays. Sad thing is there’s no lights on and nobody’s here. Confirmed with another location the store should be open any minute. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and still no sign of life. As a stay at home dad of two tots the times I can get out for a tan are few and it looks like this one is shot. Bad on you HM tans. Very dissapointed.
