Horrible experience with my daughters wedding dress. This lady burned my daughters wedding dress with an iron, then did a terrible patch job to attempt to repair it, and offered no refund. When I called her, she hung up on me. The wedding dress was ruined and I had to purchase a new wedding dress for my daughter days before the wedding. Very upsetting, my daughter was crushed and so was I. Horrible customer service, beware do not use this lady, she is very unprofessional.

We are so lucky to have Karen’s talent here in Eugene. I am totally blown away by her dedication and expertise — whether it is something simple like getting the perfect cuffs on a pair of pants — or creating from scratch a couture level Wonder Woman costume for both a mother and her daughter. Her tailoring, design and quest for perfection shows in every stitch she takes. She brings her strong work ethic to play in all she does. AND she is timely, delivering the goods at the time she promises! Who could ask for anything more?
