I really loved this place but it is PERMANENTLYCLOSED per the sign on their door today. Such a bummer. There is now only one good used, consignment clothing store in town.

First off i fell in love as soon as I walked in. Great selection and helpful staff. Good variety of prices i like that there are cheap stuff and expensive too. I think that shows they have class and know their worth

This is a cute store but you get ripped off if you do resale with them! They have confusing rules and say you get ‘about’ 25% of what they will sell if for which is false. then they say if you are a ‘preferred’ seller you get ‘about 35% but you have to ask if you are actually a preferred seller? It doesn’t make any sense and the honest truth is they give you about 10 percent if you’re lucky. I got 3 dollars for a sweater that was marked $ 40.00 the next time I went in. I noticed I would get a couple of bucks for something marked up to around 20 dollars and it doesn’t seem right or fair at all when it’s supposed to be according to what they will sell it for. You are either giving your customers a set percent of what you will sell it for or you are just burning people and it doesn’t make for good customers in the future. If you do sell clothes here make sure to ask about the percent you will get and also get a detailed receipt that will show the price you’re paid for each item!

The Redoux Parlor is, in fact, the store I have in my neighborhood, but I’d not wish it otherwise by any means. They have a frequently rotating selection of radical threads, and the folks who work there are always willing to take a few minutes to make suggestions or answer questions about DIY fashion(we even got a free boning lesson!). Definitely give it a look!

I have been working on a school project about Redoux Parlour and every time I walk into the shop I see something new! I love that there are so many options for locally made clothing sold here and the workshop area in the back provides entertainment while you shop. You can actually watch the clothes being made! The employees and designers are all so kind and passionate as well. It is so lovely to see a company successfully adding to the local movement and Eugene is such an abundant city to do so. My mom and sister are coming to visit in a few weeks and this is on my list of places to take them.

This has to be in the top three clothing stores in Eugene. The staff are all amazing, friendly, creative people-it feels like going to your carny friends house for a dress up party. There is everything from normal resale clothing to the creative wares of multiple artists. Scarves, jewelry, shoes… all displayed like an amazing curiosity shop. Seriously, just go to look at the displays. They will hem your clothes, do alterations, upgrades and even have community workshops. Being near Sweet Life makes it even easier to be one of those places to take all your out of town guests. Go– you’ll love it!

The Redoux Parlour is the store you wish you had in your neighborhood. What I love about the Redoux is that you can spend $ 5.00 or a few hundred dollars. This is the place where you always find something great. They carry a variety of sizes(tiny to plus) and styles(the men’s section is a gem) and offer a range of used to one of a kind locally designed fashions. This is also a great place to bring your clothing you are getting rid of. They are selective the way you want them to be if you shop there. No rip, no stains, and of course they take consideration of current stock and what they can sell. They give you store credit for anything they take and offer to recycle or give your back whatever they don’t take. Check buying hours first though. Amazing accessories(think feather earrings, funky art piece type acces, vintage jewelry pieces, recycled jewelry like bottle cap pendants ect, ect,), alterations for free(certain times only) or cheap, sewing classes. And the most amazing coat I’ve ever found. For the most amazing price ever.

There are so many second hand unique stores in Eugene, but in my opinion this one is the best. They have quality second hand clothing at amazing prices, amazing designs from local designers and very friendly helpful staff! I wish I could go more than I can, but everytime I do go I rarely walk out empty handed!

The Redoux rocks. For all your vintage and locally-made clothing and accessory needs, just stop in to this beautiful shop and talk to any of the lovely folks who run the place. They do alterations too – every once in a while they have stitch parties where you can bring in stuff and they’ll fix it up for free. Stop by during the last Friday artwalk for some live music and goodies to eat and drink. A hearty part of Eugene’s vintage, buy/sell clothing circuit. Check ‘em out.
