This place is way too overpriced for a resale store. I looked in the legging department and they all averaged between 35 and $ 60, for a pair of leggings. Granted, some of them were handmade but there are ones that I know are cheap like many other pairs that I have and they still wanted a ridiculous amount for them. I decided I’m going to open a resell store and offer the public fair resell prices. I would love to put all these resell stores out of business, just by offering an actual fair price for used clothes. There are a lot of really neat items here but as soon as you look at the price tag you’re likely to turn the other way. No thanks.

Lame! Tried to sell some clothes here and they offered me 30 dollars for a huge armful of clothes and then refused to break down the prices for me so I could see what I was getting for what pieces. It’s true, if she had broke it down piece by piece a customer would see how screwed they’re getting easily. Haha fool me once, but nope, not even once I’m not that desperate for money but thanks for almost ripping me off. Tacky ugly stanky clothes in there anyways, I won’t be back.

I have a great love for Kitsch 22 for many reasons. First, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Second, these guys are artists… you can tell immediately that this store is like no other! Third, the prices are incredibly low. I always feel comfortable shopping here, and always find unique, funky, awesome apparel. I’m in here once a week and it’s never the same store twice. You guys are doing something right, thank you, I love it!

I have had all positive experiences here.
In fact, if youre going to to re-​sell your clothing, I recommend stopping by this shop first before getting low-​balled at Platos’s Closet or wasting you’re time at Buffalo Exchange. They price their items reasonably and are sweet to me when I come in to buy or sell.
The first bad review is from someone who rates all of their experiences with one-​story ratings (lol for yourself). And the second bad rating sounds like a bitter and greedy girl. I’m defending this little shop because they have proven great customer service to me every time and are a true LOCAL business, who deserves an honest review. Checkout Kitsch-​22.

This is a great shop, one of the best in Eugene! I find super cute clothes, and they are always way less than I’d have to pay if the were brand new. The ladies who work there are always friendly to me, and I appreciate their efforts, giving Kitsch a whole new vibe and air of professionalism!

Used to be an awesome shop prior to new ownership. I’m rather disgusted by the poor customer service they provided.
They offered me $ 20 for 3 vintage dresses, two pairs of jeans, several shirts, and a two jackets. Yeah, ight. Like you aren’t going to make $ 200 – 300 off of that…
They no longer do in-​store credit. I went in seeking to find one solid color blouse. I could not find even one. Many wal-​mart brand articles, which threw me off because they were priced so expensively. I’m pretty sure they cost less brand new.
Target-​brand jeans for $ 36. (everything with their new white tags is noticeably more expensive.)

I love this place! Lately I have been coming downtown to sell a lot of my clothes to Buffalo Exchange. They are extremely picky there, and usually I walk out with most of my clothes still. I walk into Kitsch, and they give me tons of in store credit for whatever clothes Buffalo didn’t buy from me! It’s great!
They have a small selection but there are some great finds here. It’s worth looking at.
