This is a review for their online service, as I have not been into their store (yet!).
While searching for the incense my boyfriend acquired in Thailand. his favorite… the one I used up… I found a few online stores selling it. Potala Gate was one of them.
The incense, «Red Crystal Incense #9», manufactured by Drikung Charitable Society, in India, is not easy to come by. Primarily found in small import stores, it is often imitated as well, and you must look for the hologram too.
Placed my order online, and wrote in the notes to call me for shipping confirmation. Got the call, they shipped it to me before Christmas, it arrived super fast, and it had a nice set of small prayer flags (used as their business card I believe) to use.
Great service! Great shipping. I look forward to visiting the store the next time I am in Eugene.

Buddha Heritage Home loves Lhasa. PotalaGate, 1030 Williamette Street, Eugene, Oregon 97 401 USA is a priority to Lhasa love & support. The Asia imports boutique in Kathmandu’s Sister City is near a small theater where traditional USA actors meet their fans.
Customs’ imports come & go with extreme criticism & they are so easy to get when you don’t get fat & happy. I really like this because meditation carpets, clothes, aprons, & protection gaus works better than nothing. Thank you very much. OM MANI PADME HUNG%
