This place is a joke. I went through drive thru couple weeks ago they messed up my order. When I called to complain the woman who I spoke to was rude. She had me repeat my first name four times then spell my last name four times. After trying to do last name which is very easy I said screw if you don’t need my last name. She responded with attitude«yes you do or we will not replace your food». I said fine put whatever last name you want. She then began to argue I said fuck it bitch it doesn’t matter. She then informed me she can refuse my replacement now cause I cursed. They never asked my name for the order they don’t need my name especially not my last name. I saved the food for like a week cause I was pissed wanted to take it back with receipt. I did their online survey crap explained my issue I got a coupon code lol. I was there on my way home late tonight it was only thing open so thought I’d give one more chance. I told woman my name she said it wasn’t in the book I told her I didn’t give my last name cause after four tries of spelling it I gave up. She said oh ya your the guy who cussed at my co-worker. I said yes explained why. She says well I’m not going to replace the food your name isn’t in the book. Funny how she knew me but still didn’t wanna provide 10% worth of good customer service. She gets her minimum wage paycheck she doesn’t care bout any customer service. I said ok thank you and left. I will never return. However I will file a corporate complaint. Never seen anything like this.

I was so unhappy with this restaurant I sent a letter to the corporate office but it was ignored. Below is the letter: I stopped by the Jack in The Box restaurant #7159 at 2:50 pm on 03/15/2015. I have an extremely busy schedule in preparation of opening a hypnotherapy practice in which I will provide over 20 different helpful sessions, some of which are but not limitrd to cessation of smoking, weight control, dealing with depression, dynamic sales and so forth. In addition to the labor intensive task of creating hypnotherapy sessions, making a master copy on my computer for mass duplication there are many other dauntless tasks such as obtaining a business license, publishing a fictitious name statement in the newspaper and the list goes on. In my very busy schedule with no time to prepare my own food I decided to patronize this restaurant. To begin with I had to repeat my order several times to the cashier Alyssa but she kept repeating back something that what I told her. Upon arriving at the window rather than examing the meal to determine its accuracy I just accepted that it was correct only to find out later it was wrong. With no time to return I was stuck with her mistake. I assume the corporate office approves of the gross misconduct of this establishment by ignoring my letter sent to them. Once my practice is open I will fire any of my employees who visit this restaurant and make my colleagues aware of their unprofessionalism. There are better fast food restaurants in down, like Five Guys who totally blows the doors off the competition.

This place was the worst fast-food place I have ever experienced! We walked up to the counter where we snapped at for not being ready… Not once but twice. The place wasn’t busy we weren’t holding up the line. We ordered and waited about 25 minutes and kept hearing the guy in the back say our food was up. We still didn’t get it for several minutes… we did finally receive our food, my sourdough jack looked like it had been drop kicked. I unwrapped it only to discover only one side of the bun was missing! The fries were wrong and the other meal we didn’t touch. I walked it back up to the counter and asked for a refund, showing them the sourdough jack and giving them the food and drinks back. I was treated badly through this whole visit. They couldn’t figure out how to put the money back on our card right away, they refused to give me a copy of the refund receipt. We weren’t the only customers unhappy during our time there, several customers were waiting forever and they were also not happy with the food.

I was not at all impressed with our food. it was cold and tasted/looked nothing like it did on the menu! The service there was horrible since it took us over 5 minutes of waiting to get through the drive through and there was one person doing everything. I will probably never go to this one again. I realize it was super bowl sunday today and they probably figured that things would be kinda dead. But I saw one other employee who showed up the last minute or so we were there and she was just sitting there and not even helping. While we had 3 cars lined up behind us in the drive thru!
