I had trouble finding the right fuel pump after my old one didn’t match the stock part on file. After going to another unnamed parts store, they offered me no solutions. Stopped by Knechts on the off chance they’d know more and they found me the right part, gave me instructions on the install, had it delivered to the store in an hour and I had my car running by the end of the day. I will definetly be making this my regular parts store.

I admit that I fall into the stereotype about women and car repairs.
I had a headlight go out and thought that I’d have to go to the dealership or a mechanic to fix it. My friend told me that I could buy the bulb at Knecht’s and that they would even install it for me.
I hadn’t been in a Knecht’s since I was a kid but it’s the same as when I would go with my Dad.
Rocky assisted me and for $ 7.99, I was on the road again.
Excellent customer service and a very reasonable price.
