I’ve had a similar experience as Fatima, except I’ve never been able to reach a person to schedule. I’ve left multiple messages, with no returned call. To add insult to injury, my Living Social voucher was marked as used, which is an outright LIE! This person claims I made an appt and didn’t show, which forfeits the voucher. Living Social will not give me a refund because I have no proof that I didn’t actually make an appt. Shady business practice!

I purchased a deal from Living Social from this merchant and it’s been a nightmare to schedule an appointment for something as simple as a manicure & pedicure. When I first called to schedule an appt. I was told that her next available appt. was a month and a half away! I found that to be ridiculous but I ended up making the appointment anyway. On the day of my appt. the merchant texted me letting me know she needed to cancel my appt. because she wasn’t feeling well. I understand that these things can happen, what I didn’t understand was that when I called back to reschedule she told me I’d have to wait another month and a half, WTF??? HORRIBLE customer service. It wasn’t my fault she was sick and cancelled on me last minute. When I called Living Social they basically did nothing… I wasn’t able to be refunded nor could I get an appt. I would never go to this place after how I was treated.
