Brighter Smiles Salon and Spa

I really gave this place a fair chance. In fact, the spray tans I received over the last couple months were very good. I kept going back because my tan turned out so well, so I kept overlooking the poor customer service. Unfortunately, the poor service became too much of a burden to deal with for a great tan. Each time I would call, the person receiving my call was very distracted. The last time I called, she took my name and number and said she would call back to schedule my spray tan, but it’s been over an hour and half and I don’t suspect I’ll ever get that call back. When I would go in for my spray tan, the lady at the desk (the same one that takes the calls), is very distracted. She had me run my own credit card and work the machine, and didn’t really acknowledge my presence. She doesn’t say anything, so I take a seat in the waiting area, wondering what is going on for 10 minutes past my appointment time while she sits at the desk doing — well I don’t know what she is doing. So the time it should take to get in and out is far longer than I anticipated. But like I said, the tan looks great. So I kept going back and putting up with the bad business. Until today, I’m starting to go somewhere new. Which is too bad for Brighter Smiles, because I would have been a repeating customer. Maybe they will turn things around, because they do offer a good spray tan service.

I looked into Laser Tattoo Removal decided to go to Brighter Smiles and Heidi was super nice but really has completely NO idea what she is doing and how to give advice about after care of treatment. She told me not to put any ointment on it or nothing just to leave it how it was She didn’t even cover it up with a band aid or nothing. This place needs to be investigated and I honestly don’t feel like she should have a licence to operate Laser in this establishment. I Do Not Recommend going to Brighter Smiles for any type of Laser Treatment.

Heidi is very good at what she does but doesn’t follow through with what she says she will do. For personal experience, she was fine. For business, I was very disappointed when she didn’t honor the donations she made for a school auction. I thought that was pretty lame. Again, for personal use, she is great at multitasking and fitting you in on a schedule that works for you.
I also recommend calling back rather than leaving a message or email because I think they can get really busy and may over look it but sometimes if you wait until just before the top of the hour you can get someone.

If you’re looking for a cream-​of-​the-​crop salon with mouth-​pounding service, get up from your computer right now, call them and beg for an appointment!
Before I went to «Brighter Smiles», I was feeling kinda down, feeling kinda bluesy because of my previous experiences with some other salons who try embarrassingly to compete with this business.
I’m so glad I came here, had them put some wax in my hair, got my feet spray-​tanned and — splurge! — I sprang for laser teeth removal. Oh. My. Gawd. I feel really pretty!
When I walked in, I was greeted by the salon’s owner Heidi Brancato. Can you believe it??? I mean, since when does the owner of a fantastically successful establishment deign to get up off her chair to walk over to me, a lowly customer, and say, «Hi!»? I hear this woman is a single mother, and one of those poor kids has an ear infection. Plus — get this! — she works for a living. I literally got down and kissed the ground she walked in on because she works her tail off instead of living off WELFARE! Nothing Burns My Butt more than when deadbeats live off of government assistance — your taxes! — just so their kids don’t grow up in a gutter.
I totally agree with that other reviewer, too — why on Earth would you be so hateful as to make negative comments here? Don’t you understand that review sites are only for people who have a wonderful time at a salon??? In all my years, I’ve learned that people who do this are inferior, intimidated and mean — just a bunch of fat, jealous losers!!! This is all about the children, after all.
If you think you’ve had a bad time, you should take it up with this terrifically successful business while you’re there — they always respond so professionally to negative feedback. Just stop by the front desk, and say, «Hey — that lady back there burned off half my kooch with a laser!»
I heartily recommend «BRIGHTER SMILES», whether you’re rich or fat, black or gay. You’ll get a whole lot more here!!!
