Scam artists of the lowest caliber. Trying to screw us out of $ 2500 for early termination of our lease after we had new tenants approved and ready to take over the lease only for Northwoods to take over 2 weeks to return calls to set a time to sign the lease. At which point the new tenants became pissed off and decided that if this was the way they were treating new tenants how would they be treated if something actually went wrong with the house and needed repairs. Now Northwoods can collect $ 2500 wait a month and find new tenants on their own and charge the owners all kinds of admin fees for their troubles.
