Classically trained bartenders, polite, genuine, prompt, pretty good looking… I highly recommend the drinks they’re to die for. The food is pretty darn good. The only drawback is the one stall in the bathroom, I was pretty embarrassed when I number 2ed in there and people walked in and out of the bathroom without even peeing, I felt ashamed of myself :(

I’ve never had a real opinion of Rennie’s until tonight. It’s always been there on the corner of campus, good enough for a drink after class. Unfortunately, the bartender tonight was arrogant, dismissive, and aggressive. He treated the girl in our group with a big smile. I can understand if he had been busy, but we were six of maybe 12 people in the entire place. He had someone in the kitchen helping him out. When I arrived I described the friend we were meeting and asked if he had seen him. He ignored me. Literally walked away. A customer told me he wasn’t going to answer that. I asked if it was a policy, or because he had a hearing problem. I did not receive an answer. I – and the five people I was with – will not be returning until he is fired.

I have been here a couple times while I was a student. It’s your typical smaller bar/café place with bar stuff all over. Tables and chairs are scrunched in in front of the Windows. Leading to the restrooms was the most awesome Oregon Ducks carpets! The food is really very good. Probably the best bar food I’ve had. The service is, if I remember correctly, lousy at times. But over all a cool little place.

I’m pretty sure they pour the weakest drinks in town… There long Island comes from the tap and it’s only one shot… Horrible survive and it’s a dead environment.

Love the food but cross your fingers you get a male waiting on you. Been here dozens of times and the waitresses are rude, inattentive and would bring the bill with your food to get you to leave faster I’m guessing. Not sure if it’s because I’m a woman or they just hate their job. Was my favorite after«hike place» but probably won’t be going back. Gave the service too many chances. Sad because the men are always super sweet!

Best campus bar! Great bartenders and great company. Plus the perfect place to get an ice cold Hef!

My favorite place to relax after class or meetings. They have real nice happy hour 4 – 7 and 10 to close. Small tap but usually a good selection, and it rotates seasonally. The food is meh but the only food you need to concern yourself with here is their famous cheesy bacon tots. You won’t regret it(til the next day). The place gets pretty bumpin on Tuesdays for trivia night, which is also really fun.

Went there for Trivia Tuesday and the host was awesome. I love the banter that he had going us and the staff. Loved it. Very much a college atmosphere that night. Their tater tots were amazing… so much so that my table(of 3) had to get an additional order midway through our trivia session.

What a great place to go for a local game. I went last night for the Oregon civil war and the atmosphere was excellent! Great crowd, awesome prices and good food. The staff was quick to accommodate and the pricing was better than expected. The area was clean and well maintained. Will def stop in again for another outing. Thanks!

They are cool. The quickest pint you can get if you’re in the business school and Lillis is your home. The cheesey bacon fries are great value.

Rennies sucks. A friend at our table ordered some tea, and was served cold water from the tap. When she asked the waitress to get her new water, the waitress snagged the water out of her hand, and then said fuck you. I have heard several of the waitresses say fuck you. The serving staff does not respect the customers. It took them am hour to get our food to us, and even then the food was just ok. I would never come here again.

I met up with some friends here for lunch and the food was OKAY. It’s a great place to have a beer, but don’t be looking for a great meal. Thankfully the food was cheap, but I would not order my Turkey Club wrap again. Worth a try though!

So this is a really nice campus bar with really nice and wonderful staff. The only reason they get 4 stars is cause they refused to play RUSH when I asked them! How un-Canadian!

Rennies, in my opinion, is the best place near campus to go on campus for drinks. It’s in a perfect location, and definitely draws a crowd on Friday and Saturday nights. It’s also a great spot to eat at during the day for lunch or to watch sporting events. Very chill environment, and never gets too rowdy or crowded. As for the food, the go-to for me are the chicken wings and the cheesy bacon tots. This combo will never do you wrong. They do have some other great options like burgers and sandwiches as well. As for the alcohol, it’s your typical bar but you have to try their specialty alcoholic beverage, Rennie’s Lemonade. Their pitcher beers are fairly cheap as well. The environment is really cool, and looks like a 2 story house. They have a balcony with seating outside, both downstairs and upstairs(food and bar upstairs as well). If you’re in Eugene, and looking for a good night out, this is the place to be.

The Jim Leinen Memorial Speedway greets wheelchair users on the north side of the building. The first. floor and outdoor seating areas are accesible to chairs with the exception of the gaming area, which has a large step down to it. There is no lift to the second floor. Bathhroom is old but has one very wide stall — no elevated seat, and the door doesn’t like to stay closed. I’ve been going to Rennie’s for 20 years. The owner is a friend of another friend, and he keeps consistent food, well-trained staff, and a great location. Before the University of Oregon law school was moved to its current location, this was the place for all the law students… and is still a great place to meet friends, have some great food and a drink or two. Thanks for making Rennie’s so great, John!

Rennnies… come on. Your food isn’t very good. Atmosphere is okay. And you just refused me entry into your bar because I left my wallet in the car. I’m INMYTHIRTIES.

Exactly what you’d expect from a quant college bar. Plenty of ducks memorabilia. All the regular drinks without anythings any going on. Eclectic seating and tables. Exactly what you’d expect and sometimes exactly what you want.

This is a campus bar. It’s set up in an old house… kind of cool place. Defiantly one of the«bro» spots to hangout at the University of Oregon on a Saturday night. They do have outside fire pits with tables around them. Pretty cool place to go and chill after class. Nothing super awesome about it though.

Nachos: Rennie’s nachos are maybe just average. They don’t have meat in them, which is the main problem. That makes them kind of dry. I don’t know any other place around campus unfortunately to get nachos, so Rennie’s it is. Atmosphere: Not bad for a bar, I like the division into two floors, and the outdoor areas. They have some old photos and memorabilia on the wall that mark them as a «Ducks bar». The place has character. Service: Usually okay, but last time we went it sucked. We couldn’t get the waitress to get us any refills, and we had to eventually go up to her to get the check. And there was hardly anybody there! It was a late lunch on a summer day when school was out. I don’t get what else the waitress was doing.
