Been going here once in a while when our day has slipped away, and oh no! What are we going to do about making dinner this late! Let’s just go out! Haha Well after our very long weekend at the Rhody fest, we were not going to cook so we stopped in. We were greeted fairly fast. They were pretty busy. We ordered the Thai chicken wings, and the teriyaki chicken skewers. Oh yeah, my guy always gets a chicken wrap. He loves it here. So my opinion of the skewers were just ok! And I chowed down the wings! They were some quality wings! I really wanted another flavor that they had on the menu, but they were out of it. This one was pretty good for this wing nut! I was a little embarrassed by the finger licking, and the fact that I think my side of the table looked a little bit more messy! But hey! What ever! Some times girls can look like a hot mess in public! Right?!

Too much of a «sports bar» for me. The atmosphere is douchey and way too loud. The service isn’t very good either. It’s relatively cheap but that is all it has going for it.

If you need to get hammered on a budget this is the place to go. I ordered a Tanqueray and Sprite. The bartender put it in a full sized glass(not typical) and filled it probably 7⁄8 of the way full of gin then added a nano seconds worth of Sprite. This drink was 4.00. FOURDOLLARS!!! For as busy as it was there wasn’t a long wait at the bar which was nice. My friend got a chicken sandwich with about an entire pineapple on it and she said it was pretty good. Their outdoor area is huge with several heaters and lots of tables. Only bad thing is there is a single bathroom. I went in there and someone had just peed all over the place BUT there was no line so I guess you gotta take the bad with the good. Bonus: the patio has a perfect view of the parking lot and if you’re really lucky you will get to see a drunk girl named Stephanie eat shit while her friends stand there and literally do nothing. That in itself makes up for whatever shortcomings this bar may have.

Great place to watch sports. They have a decent tap selection, good food(it’s not amazing, but pretty good for bar fare), and the staff is friendly and fast. This has become my go to spot for Duck football.

Horrible servie. Fire alarm happened so we had to leave our drinks and not able to take our cards. We asked for a fresh one thinking it would be free– nope paid! Told them it was bad business and the manager said he couldn’t do anything about it! Used to be my favorite bar– never again!

Good Times is my favorite watering hole hands down. I know this is my 3rd re-review, however they deserve the 5th star. The drinks are always on point, the service is immaculate, we’re always greeted by our first names, they know our drinks, they know HOW to make our drinks, and this goes a long way in the service industry. I feel like a dick for not giving them 5 stars sooner, because to me, they’re one of the few 5 star bars in the Eugene area. This concludes my 3rd re-review, and this one will more than likely stand for quite a while. They’ve been bulletproof the past 9 years we’ve lived here, and I cant see things changing for the worse any time soon. For additional details about the bar, check out my other reviews on The Good Times.

Awesome outside seating area with tons of tvs to watch the games on. The service was a bit slow seeing as my big group went on game day, but they were friendly when we went in to find them to ask for things. I thought the drinks were fairly priced but the food was a bit overpriced for the quality. Overall not a bad game day stop.

I’ve been coming here for years. Until recently, the service was spectacular. However, over the last few weeks, with new staff, the service has greatly declined. Now, servers stop by tables less frequently. Often pick up empty glasses without asking whether you want another drink, and regularly forget to bring your drink order. I’ll be pardoning another establishment from now on.

Great food and atmosphere. Especially enjoy the wraps, salads, soups, and jalapeño poppers. Burgers seemed –meh, like a small frozen patty, nothing special Clean establishment and courteous staff. Near campus, so can get busy, but seems to draw mixed age demographic. Parking lot is a bit odd, connects to busy one way streets so ppl use it as an ally and drive rather fast.

Two stars until the waitress got off shift and didn’t mention it… then just one star. So let’s see… I had trouble finding anything that sounded decent on the menu. I persevered. I had a 25 dollar groupon and planned on using it. We ordered the aloha bowl, the pot stickers(with chili pepper dipping sauce and Asian slaw) and the chicken Skewers(with Asian slaw). This put us at 24.75. After some wait we are informed they are out of Asian slaw. I got egg drop soup and tots instead. The food is served… Wrong bowl but quickly remedied once pointed out(table swap), no spoon for the soup and no dipping sauce for pot stickers. Haven’t seen the waitress since we were told about the lack of slaw. She’s at the bar having a beer. Off duty. So what happens now? We are out of water and I was waiting patiently to ask her for soy sauce. Fill your own water and the bartender gets the soy sauce… duh. The bowl was cold. The potstickers were dry and the sauce tasted like sweet and sour. The skewer was just OK. Egg drop soup was Almost like chicken noodle(had celery in it). No waitress ever took over for our table. Had to ask for the bill at the bar. Below average food and service was almost non existent. Regret.

Fun place! Great music, great employees! Yummy bar food! We each had a burger and fries — outstanding! I also got an Oregon rice bowl to take to work for lunch the next day and it was amazing! I’ll definitely be back for food, beer, and pool! The name says it all… Good Times! :)

This place has became our new go to! Awesome food at a great place. The service is pretty good. One major highlight is the large outside area with heat and pool tables. Though there is smoking out their so that is not as cool, but as long as its not super busy its nice out there. This is defiantly a nice place to grab a beer after work with a friend. Not some place I’d want to «go hard» but def a place for cheat day ;) Also, they have a pretty epic Groupon, so check that out for sure!

Dropped in to watch Giant/Dodger game. The bartender found the game I wanted and put it on the TV in front of my seat. Lunch was very good and not pricey. We will be back.

O good times, you are a good place to go with friends. I showed up on a Friday at 6 pm and was able to find a table and there is even happy hour at this time! Bar food is pretty solid and reasonably priced. Nothing will blow you away but its anything you can grab out of a fryer and burgers etc. Beer selection is good, my waiter wasn’t very helpful at all though letting me know what they had on tap. Pool tables outside are awesome! TV’s everywhere to watch the game. Try it out!

Good Times is a sports bar. Nothing less, nothing more. On our way down to the coast for a long weekend, it was time to get some lunch and we decided to stop in Eugene. One friend had been here before. He knew where it was and we really didn’t want to waste time looking for a place to eat. A few beers were ordered and the menu was perused. I decided on a French Dip. Not sure why. Can’t say I was even in the mood for a French Dip, but I hadn’t had one in a long time and wanted a burger or a wrap less. The menu is dominated by sandwiches. Your usual suspects. The meat on the sandwich was a bit dry. Guess that is what the au jus is for. Pretty inexpensive though at $ 6.25 so that lifted this sandwich up a bit. There is better food to be had in Eugene. It is a college town. If you are near here, you’ll get a standard meal. If you want to explore around town more, the payoff should be better.

Premise: if I hadn’t found a feather(really f*cking weird find) in my sweet potato fries this would have been a solid four star rating. We went to Good Times tonight for the superbowl and it lived up to it’s name. Great drinks specials and friendly service from the bar staff. $ 3 drop tops were consumed…$ 1 off for service industry folks on Sundays making them $ 2. Hell yeah for me! We ordered lunch, Jae had nachos and I had a southwestern burger with sweet potato fries. My entrée was tasty(minus the mystery feather) and Jae enjoyed her nachos. Neither were extraordinary, just typical bar fare. We sat on the porch next to some heat lamps and yelled at the t.v. for a few hours. We made some new friends and«good times» were had by all. The bar was well staffed and even had folks taking orders and clearing unused food/drink stuff from the tables. My only complaints were the feather and the old t.v.s. I’ll definitely be back.
