Andrea the cashier lady is very very slow and doesn’t seem to notice that there are 15 other people in line!!!

I stopped in for a hard shell wallet. I walked around the store and asked several people for assistance. The first guy said that is the apparel department and walked off. I found a girl in apparel, she said she didn’t know and that her supervisor just went on break. Walked over to customer service to find a sign that said to go to register 1. I go to register 1, and the girl(who was the friendliest employee in the store as far as I could tell) said she didn’t know and that she would call apparel. She had to call apparel twice, by then I just purchased my items and left. In addition to the whole wallet fiasco, a male employee walked in front of me between and aisles and didn’t even think to stop for a woman and her daughter. Maybe people in Eugene are just rude. Not worth the stop.

We started using the Shopko Pharmacy when we moved into the neighborhood three years ago. It is the closest pharmacy besides Costco, and Shopko is open seven days a week. I want to compliment Pharmacist Julie, who went above and beyond to help me with a problem with a medicine prescribed by my eye doctor. I did not like the version of the eye drops he prescribed. Julie was able to substitute the original eye drops I used. I am completely pleased with this experience with the Shopko Pharmacy and their Pharmacist!

This review is for the pharmacy only. I have no experience with the store. By far, the best pharmacy in town. Mostly, I think, because other pharmacies are abysmal; Costco, Fred Meyer, Walgreens, Hirons are among those I have tried. They are all really bad. At Shopko, they go the distance and do their job.

I only go here because of the pharmacy. I may pick up a few items while I’m waiting but not much, they usually have decent clearance prices which brings it down to the cost of other stores full price! Bathrooms are nasty.

Looks like it’s time for Shopko to update or walk away. Everything looks old, upon entry it even smells old. First impressions count. Selection is at a minimum in some departments and vast in others. Prices seem high. The customer service is decent. There are buttons on the center aisle poles to bring an employee to you. I once loved Shopko, the W 11th store especially, and am saddened to see it like this.

I think it’s unanimous…2 stars or less for this dump. I cant stand Shopko… This place is like a hybrid of Kmart and a mom and pop shop. Kmart as in the size of the place, mom and pop as in the selection. Like John D. said, Damn near every shelf is empty… WTF? I thought it would be rather important to have items for sale on the shelf… hell I could be wrong though. The pharmacy is a bunch of M-O-R-O-N-S also… In fact the pharmacy just lowered this review to 1 star. There is 1 smart lady in the pharmacy… she doesn’t appear to be a pharmacist, but very well could be. Seems to be more of a manager who over sees everything. She is really nice and helpful, but she can’t right all the wrongs the everyone else does. That poor lady needs to find a new job. I was in line a week ago to get a prescription for my wife, the lady in front of me was having a hard time getting her script filled because the pharmacy tech was looking up HER last name as the doctor, and using the Dr’s name as the patients!!! I mean… really? What an ass…

1 ½ stars :-\ If WalMart doesn’t have it, and Target doesn’t stock it either, I’ll come here. POOR selection, customer service VERY spotty. Decent prices and clean. Can be challanging getting help on sales floor
