Some Body Chiropractic

If I could rate this place a ZERO, I would. From the outside the place looks unwelcoming, and on the inside it is unwelcoming. When I stepped inside I wasn’t greeted with a warming «Hello. How can I help you today?» but instead with someone’s annoying kid running around in the waiting area and throwing itself across the reception counter demanding candy. As soon as the child was done throwing its candy-​fit the receptionist asked me what I needed. I let her know I had an appointment, she gave me some paperwork to fill out, I filled said paperwork out and returned it to the receptionist. She said «Thank you, have a seat and the Dr. will be right with you.» I had a seat. After 15 minutes I grew agitated by waiting, the horrible children’s cartoons playing on the TV way too loud, some woman that must have been stranded at the office who repeatedly mumbled to herself and missed phone calls (unable to dig her LOUDLY ringing phone out of her purse), and the annoying random kid. After 20 minutes I said to myself, «Sarah, you cannot be nice and wait, you need to get up, tell the receptionist you are leaving and go.» After 25 minutes I got the balls to tell the receptionist I was leaving. She said, «Oh, I’m sorry. The doctor’s running late.» And why wouldn’t she have told me this sooner? I don’t know… Anyhow, I let her know I had other things to do and could not wait. What a waste!
