Great experience when I purchased a Groupon that was an online deal. Scary for this old gal. Lisa went the extra mile to help me get my Christmas card made. Patience plus!!! I will definitely use this Staples store again and hopefully Lisa will be there.

Lisa, over in the Copy&Print section of the store went above and beyond to help me get a flyer made, printed and shipped off today. I called around town and got no good luck until speaking with her over the phone. Lisa had my job finished within three hours. She was professional and I wish I could hire her to work in my business.

Not much to say here other than it’s a Staples. I was more than a bit disappointed by the desk selection they had on the floor. In addition, the stuff was quite rickety… like they had just tightened the screws enough so taht it didn’t immeidately fall apart. That’s not a great way to sell furniture!

Abysmal customer service. I came in for some laminating for the company I work for, and waited almost 10 minutes at the copy and print center counter, with no sign of any employees. Finally another customer went to ask that an associate come to the counter to help us. Several more minutes rolled by, and I looked up to see a male employee come ambling slowly towards us. I flashed him a smile and got none in response – also no apology for the wait, not even a friendly greeting. I asked for 5 posters to be laminated, and the employee meandered slowly around the copy and print center. First he fiddled with one machine for a while and then told me he was going to have to use a different machine. He spent about 5 more minutes pushing buttons on that machine, at which point he mumbled something about it not being the right temperature. He then asked how soon I needed the laminating done, and I said I was hoping to have them now(Kinko’s has done the same kind of work while I waited, so that’s what I expected). He grudgingly said he would see what he could do and fiddled with the machine a little longer. At that point, I was starting to doubt that my laminated posters would come out well, and I was also running out of time, so I explained that I couldn’t wait any longer, grabbed my posters and left. I’ll be sticking with Kinko’s from here on out. What a complete waste of time.

Rude customer service. Felt like they didn’t want me there and their conversation was more important. No smiles just glares. I’ll make sure to go somewhere else as of today.

I just want to say how impressed I am with the outstanding customer service that I received by Kira. My husband and I are officers of a non-profit dart association. We had over 1071 copies that we needed overall for our players packets. I ran out of black ink at home while printing out the original copies on 3 different documents, so I resorted to blue. We explained that all of the copies needed to be black. We also explained that they needed to be kept separated. When we returned about 30 minutes later, our copies were completed. The documents were separated, neatly organized, and the richness of the black was superb. I would definitely recommend Staples to anyone.

Solid customer service and good prices. Better prices here and better customer service than Fed Ex on 12th and Willamette. My favorite place for copies in Eugene is still the Copy Shop on 539 E 13th St so that is my first choice, but since they are closed on the weekends I will head to Staples if I ever need copies on the weekends.

This company is very unprofessional. I purchased an expensive paper shredder that worked for crap and had to return it, got a replacement that did not work either and on top of that: they wouldn’t exchange it or refund me. And they were very rude while doing so. Mmmmmm… Know lots if folks and I will spread the word. So that’s good customer service??? I understand following procedures and all but to have two of the same items not work and nobody wants to help you ?? Office Depot had always been a better choice; I should’ve known better. So do not shop staples. I cannot believe that is how they do business

IMPRESSIVE… The staff has been most impressive. They seem to really care! The attention to detail in general — and to customers is great The selection of items is good but not great(this needs to improve) Store is clean, bright, and useful items If there were micro Apple and Samsung stores similar to Best Buy I would rank 5 stars. The store is dynamic enough to rank 5 stars.

Yesterday I had two complete opposite experiences within a 10-minute time frame. At around 4:30 pm, I walked into Office Depot on West 11th in Eugene, Oregon, in a hurry to pick up a few things. I had no idea where in the store any of the items would be located. There was no one in sight, literally. No customers. No employees. I have worked retail many years and assumed if I just started walking around the store with a damsel-in-distress look, someone would come to my rescue. I circled that big store, passing two employees that refused to talk to me, one of them twice, a young lady in Copy and Print. I wandered through there a total of 4 – 5 minutes with not one word from anyone. Disgruntled, I left empty handed. I drove across the street to Staples, now in a bigger hurry. I believe they were all helping others, yet I was greeted by three employees at the door. It was apparent that she was in the middle of something, but the Assistant Manager offered to help me find one of the items I needed. She soon realized I had a list of items so she took me all through the store to find each and every one of them. No pointing in the direction of where it would be. No stating what aisle it was in. I needed baby sitting and she knew it. I have always shopped at Office Depot just because there’s one close to where I live, but I am telling you that I will go out of my way to not ever go there again. I choose to travel to Staples.

Unless you are totally ignored, are not all Staples the same…

Ok, this store is totally ghetto. The supplies are always a miss, the never have anyone to help you find something, nor enough cashiers. They lost my resume I dropped off, and forgot to call to let me know I had to bring another copy. Just go down the street to the new Office Depot.
