My favorite coffee ever. The best coffee I have ever had in my whole life. They threaten the beans with a laptop, but are really just lightly tickling them with heat. This is the best coffee. Other places have pointless, flavorless, bland and all around putrid coffee. I will slap your sub-par coffee out of your silly hand while I sip my decadent Tailor-made coffee. Today I know where to get the best coffee. I am your sensei. Go forth and attempt to grab this coffee bean from my hand. PoW! I slapped you again… go get your own

I really enjoy staying in Tailored for spending my study time with a cup of their almond latte. I have never tried any food with avocado before until I tried their avocado toast. I have to say I just love this place.

My favorite study spot in all of Eugene. Very hip interior and ambiance, popping music(Erykah Badu and old school Kanye), cute hipster baristas, wifi, and some damn good coffee. I’m partial to their single origin Ethiopian’s myself. I prefer their roasts over to the Wandering Goat, so definitely a must visit for any coffee lover that’s been deprived of freshly roasted beans whilst in Eugene.

Do yourself a favor and try a cashew milk latte. Wow. I’m from San Francisco and I’m a coffee snob, and this is the best latte I’ve ever had. Great quality food. The chai latte would have been perfect but was too sweet.

Stopped in at Tailored in September and am pleased to say they do 3rd wave right. We had pourovers; Guatemalan and Ethiopian and the flavor profiles are spot on. Super nice barista who was really happy to talk all things coffee. The place is small but cozy and parking was easy.

The only place I know of in Eugene that makes homemade almond/cashew milk. You can get a dairy free latte without all the chemicals they out in the store bought kind and without the grainy taste here! Great coffee and great service!

Nothing beats a clean café with great coffee, food, tons of seating and free WIFI. Tailored also has great music and friendly service. I was here for a bit so I did wish I had scoped out a coveted spot with an outlet nearby but all things considered, this is a pretty perfect spot to get work done, get come caffeine or just sit and get out of the cold/rain. It’s right downtown and was just behind my hotel. Perfectly located for people just passing through, though it also seemed to be popular with locals. The chai tea is the best I’ve ever had and the latte was also excellent. Wish they had a Tailored in Seattle!

Gorgeous space and gorgeous coffee, this micro roastery is always my first stop when I roll into Eugene. And here’s where they really get it right: they are total nerds for their craft and nothing comes before their product. While obviously obsessed with the science behind the brewing, their website reads more like a love note than a thesis with flowery sentences like«we respect and express the inherent characteristics of each coffee.» And you know what? I totally tasted the respect in every sip. Sure, the space is stylish and the wifi is free and the whole thing just feels like instagram bait, but it’s the substance not the style that is the obvious focus here. Whether a philosophy or just some damn good branding that drives people through the door, you can’t fake how delicious this cup of coffee is.

This is my favorite spot in Eugene! Really friendly good service and good espresso. The train is noisy but so awesome, I love the ambiance of the entire area.

Super friendly staff. Awesome coffee, good sandwiches(I had the roast beef) and great ambiance. Only thing to gripe about would be the lack of electrical outlets(in case you want to make a day out of working from this location, or just need to juice up). Other than that minor thing, this place is great!

Great example of a craft roaster on par with the best. Nice atmosphere. The taste and finish reminds me of Café Cibo in Sausalito CA and Blue Bottle in SF.

This spot is perfect for college students who need a peaceful place to study as it’s conveniently located across from the 5th Street Market. I came here to do just that(study for an exam in a quiet café) but stayed for the excellent coffee and tasty food. Definitely gotta try their AVOCADOTOAST to go along with your coffee! The ambiance — hipster décor, great lighting, large windows — is what kept me there doing work even longer. A really great find of a café in the heart of Eugene!

Beautiful space, great coffee, and skirts the line of pretension just avoiding snobbery and instead achieving perfection. The owner is attentive and laidback, good music played low, prices are appropriate & they serve noisette pastries. Highly recommend.

Best coffee I ever had in Eugene. The flavor is not too strong. It does has a kinda flavor of spices, which is really special.

Loved the ambience and overall vibe of this quaint café but I wished the background music was better. The latte was great although it could’ve been served piping hot instead of lukewarm-ish — but that’s a personal preference. The barista was really nice too, refilling our water cups for us; excited to try their coffee once they start roasting their beans.

Visiting Eugene this week and walked in while exploring downtown. This is really nice! The interior is very clean and modern/kind of Industrial? As in not cluttered up, a basic bar, few wooden tables, and large open coffee bar and kitchen. My barista was also really nice, helpful and cool to talk to. Now onto the important stuff– caffeine! Basic espresso choices and drinks. I am most impressed the make almond/cashew milk in house. It reminds me of my favorite coffee shop in Houston. The macchiato is really good, I believe they roast their own coffee. Also, as I was typing this, the barista came to my table and brought me a glass of water, nice! Not many food options, a few pastries and toast with various toppings. One of those being peanut butter and honey! So really, macchiato and peanut butter– I’m all set, Gaby heaven!

What a sweet new neighborhood addition! The small space stretches itself well with its minimalist aesthetic. I like how quiet, clean and reverential it feels– like a place of(low-key) worship for finely prepared coffee! Alas, I didn’t order a coffee on my first visit– had, instead, a spicy, creamy and nutty chai latte with a housemade blend of almond/cashew milk. But it was so_memorably_delicious! My mouth waters just thinking about it. My acquaintance however, did TCR justice by ordering a Gibraltar(double shot of espresso with a bit of milk + foam art) which looked divine enough to try on my return visit. Oh, and ten million props for the selection of Noisette pastries and toast featuring different spreads. The“artisanal toast” trend drives me bonkers(get out of here, San Francisco!), but I love Noisette(and concurrently, TCR’s support of a top-notch local business) so I guess I can let the avocado toast slide… it also helps that avocado toast is a hard thing to resist.
