Personally, my favorite store. Great Style and Great Service! Customer service is the top of the list, and you will no doubt find what you are looking for and more there. Don’t hesitate to ask for help because they want to help you.

Worst customer service ever. Not going back to this location! I have never been so frustrated before. I think they should train their workers to know what they are talking about and what they tell their customers. I’m definitely not returning to this store location. If I could give no stars I would.

I have been a fan of The Buckle for the past 15 years and love the extensive selection of denim that they carry. The salespeople tend to be trained to be overly aggressive when dealing with customers because they work on commission, but if you can find someone who really knows their stuff and can help you find the perfect fit and cut of denim, you’re golden. They can normally find ANY person, regardless of size or shape, your perfect fit of denim in just a few pairs of jeans! They are spendy but they offer layaway and it helps seeing they only carry a few of each size, making items exclusive. If you want the hottest clothing in town, The Buckle is the first place to head to for denim, shoes and cute tops for girls and guys (Ages teen-​adult).
