It would be so great if places like green plow became as common as fast food; the world would be a better, deliciously healthier place.

Pele’s fire will cure all that ails you, and with 2 pounds of produce in every drink, these are nutritiously perfect drinkable meals.

Great place, awesome selection and lots of good add-ins. Owner was super nice and helpful… well I assumed she was the owner. She did a great job putting in the right amount of certain fruits and veggies where one ingredient didn’t overpower the whole drink. Super fresh, super good… yum!

Absolutely love the fresh raw green juices. I’ve tried all of them. I hope they increase their hours in the morning during summer. Went at 9:00ish this past Saturday and they were not open yet. Also closed on Sundays :( Will have to start making my own I guess.

I’ve walked over with friends three times now & I’m hooked! I wish I could afford to have a smoothie everyday! The Green Linch is my favorite, I’ve gotten it every time, but all the others I’ve tried we’re so yummy! I also want to say that everyone I’ve spoke to there has been very friendly, happy to answer as many questions as you can ask & excited to share knowledge about the foods they use in their juices & smoothies. It’s also a cute cart with a nice little covered seating area to relax and enjoy a quiet afternoon in the Friendly neighborhood. I highly recommend trying it, especially for people like my husband trying to find an easy way to incorporate more raw foods & greens into their diet.

I LOVE this place and their juice! Everything about it is well done. The ambiance at the cart is friendly and comfortable. The people who run it are genuine and caring people. The juice and smoothies are artfully created! They are fresh, healthy, refreshing, fulfilling, and they can even match my juice to my outfit! The colors are as vibrant as the flavors! This place is needed in Eugene. I highly recommend you give them your support.

I’ve had smoothies from the Green Plow 4 or 5 times now. I find them delicious and not as heavy as smoothies usually are. Haven’t tried their juices yet. It’s wonderful to have them in the neighborhood and on a nice day it’s great to sit on the straw bales, drink a smoothie and enjoy the passing scene. The proprietors are friendly and helpful! For a town of our size/demographic, Eugene has been lacking in the fresh/raw juice category. Well, score one for my neighborhood today. Green Plow Juicery recently opened across the street from the Friendly Market. It’s a nice cart set up with some informal seating under a large canvas overhang – they are definitely planning to stay a while, and to grind it out through the rainy season. Awesome selection of fresh, raw, live juices. I ordered my favorite: carrot/apple/beet/ginger. The guy actually did all of the juicing to order as he put it together – there wasn’t any juice sitting around in a fridge for who knows how long(which I’ve seen elsewhere in town). Green Plow’s menu has a variety of smoothies and house specials in addition to the maybe-standard type of drink that I ordered. Most intriguing, they offer something called ‘steamed juice’ that I never heard of before. Essentially, they take the fresh juice and use an espresso machine to steam it.(I don’t drink coffee so I’m sorry if my explanation doesn’t make as much sense as it should) I asked about it, and the guy actually took the components I was drinking, made a little extra and steamed it. I thought it was pretty darn good; he was underwhelmed. What I learned: It’s not going to make their menu unless they really like it themselves. I’m really excited to try one of their blends – it sounds like the best thing possible during the winter months. The guy here was the owner-proprietor and it sounded as though he’s got at least one partner working with him. They are planning to expand their menu with more smoothies and eventually soups, which I bet will be really good on those cold, rainy days. They’ve been operating quietly for a few weeks now with a grand opening this Saturday. This was my first chance to check them out, but I have no reluctance in giving Green Plow five stars. I ate like crap all day today and drinking this juice gave me an instant good feeling – my health will be better just because they are nearby. I’m thrilled they are in my neighborhood, and have a feeling they will be around for a long time.
