Great customer service during the few times I’ve needed their help. Otherwise, I often just drop off USPS packages for pickup.

I am so frustrated. My husband ordered a $ 400 PS4 from online and instead of posting a note on the door when nobody was home, they left it sitting on the front step. It said it would be here by 10 am this morning and by 12 I had to leave for work. We live in a neighborhood where not all of our neighbors are honest. I am very angry to see that they would leave a package out in the open for anybody to pick up. Especially something so expensive that we paid for.
