My regular wax person was booked, so I turned to Unilocal to find Cassidy. She was prompt about returning my call, managed to find a spot for me on the day I needed to get it and re-​arrange her schedule to make it all work. She was great with messages and an automatic reminder about my appointment. At the last minute my much closer to work person had a cancellation, but I’d go to Cassidy in a second and I’ll recommend her to anyone looking.

First time male back wax and I will be back. Professional and friendly service. Good atmosphere. As a guy I was not particularly interested in going to a big salon to get this done so this was perfect. Great result and reasonable price!

The Wax Room is fantastic. I have been going to Cassidy Bongers for about 5 years for waxing. She recently opened her own place that does just strictly waxing. A she did everything right. It’s a one room, personal and relaxing experience. Walking into an office space building that holds numerous types of businesses I was a little weary of the overall experience. Once I walked into the Wax Room I forgot where I was! Location is great! If you don’t want to deal with the hassle of a busy salon and would enjoy a cozy and personable experience from start to finish, The Wax Room is your perfect choice!

Cassidy is unequivocally the best Esthetician in Eugene. There are cheaper options around but you won’t find better results than at The Wax Room.
