This Toys R Us appears slightly run down. There wasn’t a lot of people there when I was there which was nice. The staff are friendly. They were out of the item I was looking for which is frustrating considering they specialize in mainly toys. Want people to shop/​buy there? Have the products they are looking for!

Great experience there over and over. Checkout speed is unlike any where else. The management is very helpful and kind. I will always be a toys r us kid! :)
I don’t agree with Connie’s complaining about her car getting broken into in the parking lot. That is not the stores problem. The majority of retail stores do not have security cameras in their parking lots. Its your responsibility to lock your vehicle and not leave valuable items in your car. I work at the mall and they do not have cameras in the parking lot, but they do have security drivers driving around and Toys R Us is part of their route. Which shows that they are doing their part. Even if they did have security camera they would not be able to show them to you. The only people who have the rights to surveillance videos are the police. Which should have been who you were going through in the first place, not Toys R Us’ corporate office.

Consumer beware! Two things I learned from my lengthy exchange with this outfit after having thousands of camera equipment stolen from our car in their parking lot:
1. The reason they will not simply say IF they have security cameras outside is… because they DO NOT!
2. The reason you see SO MANY SIGNS advertising merchandise the store is out of is… BECAUSE THE CORPORATION TELLS THEM TO DO IT THAT WAY!
I am deadly serious. I was told by corporate they are to leave signs up (even if they are totally sold out of an item with no intention of getting more in) — it’s Toys R US policy to lead you to believe they have stuff they don’t and aren’t getting.
Swell reason to avoid this place… forever!

A small and compact Toys R Us. I’m a big LEGO fan… so I was searching for a specific Star Wars set… well not only did they have the set I was looking for, but they had the best selection of Star Wars LEGOs that I’d seen in a long time. So four stars due to the LEGOs. Yay!
