I would give zero stars if I could. These people have been horrible to deal with. The only reason I had to deal with them is that I got switched to them so that I could get home from SFO. Worst mistake ever. They have now lost four pieces of our luggage and couldn’t figure out where it is so here I am on the phone to customer service who wants to keep transferring me. These people are not helpful at all and I highly recommend taking a different airline. HORRIBLESERVICE

I’ve flown United DBA Skywest in and out of Eugene several times. The flights are unreliable to say it in a charitable way. I recommend a 5 to 6 hour layover in San Francisco so you can make your connection when the flight out of Eugene is almost inevitably delayed. Because I’ve been hosed so many times, I just plan to go out to lunch in SF, checking my luggage through. Flying into Eugene, I’ve slept in SF airport at least 3 times because of delays or cancellations

I have never had a worse experience with an airline. My flight was canceled from Eugene to San Fransisco. I totally understand weather conditions, and when traveling by air there is always a risk involved. The issue I have is that the airlines never called us to let us know, even though they knew the plane wasn’t at the airport the night before. The airlines called other people in our party on another canceled flight, but they didn’t inform us of our flight being canceled, so that we could have taken an earlier flight with the rest of our party. After many other delays and red eye flights we had to take, of which I will not bore anyone with the details, the airlines customer service did absolutely nothing to compensate us for the situation. I had to beg for meal vouchers since we weren’t planning on eating at the airport for 2 days straight, and they weren’t happy to give them to us. It was a horrible experience, and I felt very unappreciated as a customer. I will never be flying United after this situation. Cancellations and delays are understandable, but horrible customer service is something I cannot tolerate.
