Love Alaska airlines! We got our baggage lost because they transferred us to United, which was a pain in itself, but we got to personally talk to the lady at the airport that would be unloading our bag and she said she would set it aside for us if we drive out and get it. Although it’s inconvenient it’s a lot better then United getting ahold of it with their poor customer service. Alaska employs great people that are all about the customer and I love that! Fly Alaska and you won’t be disappointed!

Second time they canceled our tickets for no reason without talking to us. Made us look like idiots at the airport. This is rediculous. Won’t fly through Alaskan again.
