Wings WAS good but is no longer in service. Started new restaurant in July but haven’t changed the website or phone number yet. Will let you know how the food is.

This review is less about the food or customer service, but more about Oregon’s wonderful beer. In fact, you end up at this airport, you should be making your way for this place simply to get a taste of some of the best beer on earth. Since I’ve never eaten the food here I am giving four stars but in reality, it’s 10 stars for Oregon beer.

The patty melt and fries were great! Service was fine, nothing outstanding. It appeared as if this is being closed.

I haven’t had a chance to eat here in awhile. Ordered a double Wasabi bloody mary and the seafood chowder both were good.

Best airport restaurant I’ve been in! Amazing seafood chowder and best Monte Cristo I’ve ever had. Great ambiance and pleasant servers with good prices. Yay!

Fifteen years I’ve been flying in and out of Eugene and have never been treated with condescending disrespect as I was today. Sat at the island bar, set up to work a bit and have some lunch and was completely ignored by the bartender. Never ever looked at me and I fact I know know she ignored me on purpose because I learned today that I have to order at the bar! When I waived her down her look at me was insulting and after fifteen minutes of sitting here she tells me I have to order at the bar. THATWOULDHAVEBEENNICETOKNOW! I’ve been served at the island for years. Same lady. Appreciate the gross, embarrassing, insulting look. Thanks for making me feel like an $&$$&$ idiot and good luck with this place. I’m done with it. AVOIDTHISPLACE. They clearly don’t need your business.

For airport food, this is surprisingly good. Let’s take it for what it is: airport concessions generally cost more, and being the only real restaurant at an airport, Wings could really screw people over but they’re actually not that bad. There is a good amount of choices on the menu, including a roasted portabello mushroom burger and seared ahi, which my coworker and I ordered. The servings are large and they do serve main dishes with a side of either fries or potato salad. The ahi was more fully cooked than seared, which I didn’t actually expect them to get right, so that’s okay. It had good flavor and was not over or under seasoned. The mushroom burger looked delicious. They also served Italian sodas among other things. So definitely points for variety and having stuff you actually want to order on their menu. The servers were also nice and fairly prompt, and the restaurant was not too busy for lunch on a Thursday. It was a bit odd being seated at the booths kind of overlooking security, so I’d avoid it if I were you. Otherwise, I’ve definitely had way worse. Eugene is pretty fortunate with Wings.

For an airport restaurant this place has especially lousy service — for mediocre food it’s not worth the wait! The attitude of the waitresses is poor too.

Wings Bar and Grill: Mediocrity is thy name. This restaurant benefits enormously from being the only real restaurant in the airport. It’s a convenient place to have lunch with people before a flight, while keeping an eye on the security line. The menu is a little outdated looking, no trendy cuisine. The three times I’ve eaten here were unremarkable. The food is not bad, but it’s certainly not memorable. Service is fast enough for an airport but also not as fast as I prefer at an airport. In short: Thoroughly mediocre.

this is not your typical airport food… it’s actually good! the thing i hate about travel. airport food. it usually sucks. i actually plan trips around meal time when going to eugene, cuz this place is pretty decent. they have something for everyone, so the whole family likes it. our favorites: nachos, fish & chips, chicken quesadilla. the quesadilla is massive and loaded with stuff. good service most of the time, and rarely crowded. worth a try

The food was ok. It tasted good, but my mushroom burger was so wet that my plate was covered in juice and the bun was soggy. Messy! The worst part was that I got two charges on my card, one for the correct amount and an extra $ 3.50 charge. Not much, but if they’re doing it to many people they’re making a lot by stealing. Check your credit card transactions!

For an airport café this place does it well. I had a splendid breakfast bagel that was oooo sooo spicey. The scones looked fine in the bakery case, though I did not have one.

Well, first of all, i actually ATE here. On that note… On a friends recommendation we stopped in here for a quick bite before that long line at EUG(ha! No line) I had a pretty good club sandwich… The typical turkey, bacon and lettuce combo. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients… And get the potato salad. Mayo and dill delish! Stop here before going thru security. Pretty good all and all.

I can’t believe that no one has reviewed this place yet. +1 star for the fact that they’re open at 0-dark:30. +1 star for the fact that they offer food and beverage at such an ungodly hour. –1 star for their display case filled with plastic renditions of their pastries. +1 star for the fact that even though I’m griping, I order coffee every time I’m flying out. That must be saying something. That said, don’t drink the coffee. It’s terrible. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but wait for the coffee on the plane. They also sell things like Odwalla juices and instant oatmeals, scones, bagels, and muffins. Indulge at your own risk.
