My boyfriend decided he wanted to quit smoking cigarettes (no more stanky boy… yay!) So we headed down to Urban Vapor & they set us up with a starter kit. I am so impressed with the customer service there! Every single customer/​guest in that place was well taken care of & had a smile on their face. Including us.
Special thanks to Matt who took the time to show us the ropes and get us started on our cigarette free journey! He was so helpful and attentive even when the store packed up. Those boys have multitasking down!
We definitely enjoyed our experience there and suggest going to check them out! Such a chill little spot with a great staff. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for the new place!

I have been into Urban Vapors quite a few times and have gotten outstanding service. All of the employees there are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the fact that they carry a wide range of juices. The place is clean and the employees are upbeat. My only negative remark is the parking. That can be tricky at times. The prices on the juices and equipment are more than fair.

Visiting from California where I manage a shop, I was let down by the Vaping scene out here in Oregon, until I stepped into Urban Vapors! Chill workers who actually know their products that provide great customer service and a awesome Vaping environment. I’ll definitely be a returning customer when I visit and hopefully a regular if I decide to make the move.

Urban Vapors hands down has the best selection of e-​liquid and vaping equipment in the Eugene/​Springfield area and they have the most helpful and knowledgable staff. This is a place every vaper should be going to on a regular basis for all their vaping supplies. I’ve been a regular for a few months now and I’m seeing new flavors from some of the top venders all the time.

Urban vapors is simply the best vape shop in the area. The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable, but the general atmosphere is warm, friendly and welcoming.
