I brought my Can Am Commander in for the 1000 mile service and adding a provided(NEWINTHEBOX) 2500lb Superwinch. After my Commander was there 1 week I was called and told that some parts came in for other customers and asked if they could push me out a few more days to get the other RO’s finished. I told them I wasn’t thrilled to wait any longer but I would be patient. Seven days later… not a couple & no calls from them… I called to find out what was holding up my Commander. I was then told that they were still trying to figure out a way to secure my POWERDIST. BLOCK so that it wouldn’t short out my electrical from flopping around. I was then told I could come get it if I wanted to finish the job my self. At that point I couldn’t wait any longer to get my ride back so I agreed to finish the job myself. When I arrived home my wife noticed the plastic hood piece that covers the air cleaner was not snapped back into place and was loose. She then pointed out my glove box. It was shoved back in without lining up the back feeder slots causing an obvious bend to my top dash plastic. we pulled the bolts and re installed it back to perfection. At this point I am wondering why I paid so much money for PROFESSIONALS to work on my ride. If the tech can’t see the warped plastic is a sign he re installed it wrong … then what else did he miss? I then noticed I was missing my two front plastic hub covers. When I called to tell VALLEYPOWERSPORTS about my missing hub covers I was rewarded with condescending accusations that I am trying to get VALLEYPOWERSPORTS to pay for parts that I lost? After his RUDE remark he then responded with«Well I guess we will have to pay to get you replacements» with attitude! Why would I spend hundreds on a service if my intention is to try and get a $ 5 cap for free. I was excited to finally have a Can Am dealer here in Eugene but now know the only SERVICE they provide is LIPSERVICE! Slow, Sloppy, and Incompetent are the only accurate way to describe my experience. BTW … I will be taking my rig all the way back to Albany for service and I will BUY the parts Valley Powersports lost from them. They have always been wonderful.

Recently bought some used Arctic Cat ATV’s — Phoned to see about getting them all up to par(oil changed, new guage etc) They not only picked up the ATV’s from our driveway — they also did me a HUGE favor, as DMV wanted to inspect before they would title, they met me at DMV on the delivery back. All we had was a truck, and DMV would not climb up to inspect VIN — Not sure what we would have done! — Thank You! — Above and Beyond They will always have my biz!
