DISGUSTING. Dirty, noisy, gross. I would never stay here again! Thankfully it was only one night. The manager was totally unreceptive and unhelpful. This motel is located on a very busy, noisy highway. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!!!

Clean, comfortable with coffee in the room. Hotel has a taco/mexican food restaurant in front which smelled good but didn’t eat there. Situated right off west 7th, a few minutes from downtown. Room has a fridge with freezer

I travel all over the United states and I stay in some cheap hotels sometimes but this takes the cake. Please look at my photos I have posted. This place should be condemned. We stayed in room 36, the door to the bathroom doesn’t shut(its been painted too many times), there is visible grout, mildew and dirty spots in the shower, the toilet space is so small that your thighs touch the walls(it certainly would not be disability or elderly friendly) I had to use the bathroom at the BBQ place in front. The kitchen is strung up with extension cords everywhere, with the plaster coming off the walls, the burners don’t work on the kitchenette and when you run the microwave the lights dim. In the bedroom the dresser drawers are sealed shut on the bottom, the upper right one when you pull it out comes off the track, leave you with only one dresser drawer. It does not have a closet but has a rack and a shelf a very small table with one chair. One redeeming quality is that its summer and the AC in that room rocks. If you want it cold it will be freezing! While I stayed there I got bit by bugs and Im visiting my MD in the morning at 7:45. I’ll have an update after that. DONOTSTAYHERE. ***UPDATE8/20/2013*** My doctor confirmed that I was bitten by a bug while staying at that hotel. I posted my chart notes for you all to see. DONOTSTAYATTHISHOTEL!!!

What a clap trap. Rooms smell from mildew growing through walls. Shower leaks. Carpet dirty. TV remote doesn’t work. Only good thing is the B-B-Q joint in front(not same owner). This is the worst motel in the State of Oregon.

Don’t do it!!! Room had bad smell. I ran the room fan for five hours, returned, and the smell was still there. The front desk area also has a less-than-fresh smell. Motel is located on a major highway near self-storage units, is out of town and very inconvenient to anything. I’d rearrange my visit to Eugene rather than stay here.

Level this place and put up something else. I have stayed in hotels and motels throughout this great land of ours. This place was literally one of the worst I have stayed in. What a dump. First, in a questionable area. The only positive about this place is that it is pretty close to the airport. It is near three BBQ joints, one named Porky’s Palace. Another one is literaly on the hotel premises. Nothing wrong with that and it may be a decent place to eat. But no thanks. They were nice enough to let me in a few hours early because I arrived in town earlier than expected. The girl at the counter was nice, but clueless, so a gentleman comes in and sets me up. I get in the room and it smells like smoke, even though it is supposed to be non-smoking. The kitchen is dirty and old, with foil on the miniature 1950’s-looking stove, right next to the pint-sized fridge. The tiny microwave is above eye level on a shelf. The place just looks rundown. So I’m looking for an outlet to plug in my phone and I discover a cheap multi-outlet plug-in next to a pile of dust and it is literally full and looking like it could short out at any time. And the bathroom door is falling apart, with the wood peeling off. I decided to try their little bottle of hand lotion in the bathroom. It had this funky smell, glad I didn’t actually use it after opening the bottle. It is now a week later and I can still remember the smell. Brutal. Oh, almost forgot. If you have to go, you have to go. But try not to have to sit on the toilet. It is in such a narrow space, with two walls literally inches from the toilet, that you don’t even have room to wipe your ass. Seriously. The people who purchased this place have either let this place go or didn’t care enough about it or their customers to make it a decent place to stay when they bought it. Do not stay here. Do not stay here. Do not stay here. Have I made my point?

Made this reservation last minute(was the cheapest on search): $ 42 for one night(with king bed). However, I did not pay close attention to the taxes extra asterisk(was $ 4 more)… still 2nd cheapest of the lot. Good, clean hotel. Though close to the road, did not hear any road noise. TV remote: not all buttons were working. Overall, a happy customer. The front desk personnel behaved professionally, for the very little interaction that I had with them. The Wi-Fi worked fine and was reasonable

My son is at UO and i’m a coug so wanted to come down, visit and see the game. All the hotels were booked and not much of a selection on Expedia for the motels. The staff was friendly but the overall experience was very weak. Room was clean. Sheets were threadbare. toilet was barely holding onto the floor. shampoo was in packets like you had to tear open with your teeth in the shower. It was an inexpensive room(only marked up a little for game weekend) but this is not a place you want to stay with the family. when i was picked up by a cabbie they commented that generally all they picked up at the Value Inn were drug dealers and prostitutes.
