No pressure dealing. Mark there was great to work with(very knowledgeable) and saved us a bunch of money on our new tv plus extras. Would use these guys again.

I had good service and they answered all of my questions however they pushed hard for the sale which is why I dropped the stars. My family has bought multiple tvs from them over the years as their prices are good.

Nice sales people, no pressure, questions answered well. Bought a 60 inch TV on sale which the sales guy actually recommended over the regular priced one, based on what I told him I needed it for. So why 2 stars? The delivery. They charge $ 50 for it, which is fine, but do not do it themselves. Not only that, but the people they contract with to do it cannot be gotten a hold of. I wanted my TV delivered in a few days. Video Only calls them to «leave a message». TWO days later they call me to arrange a day and time and leave me a v/m. I call right back. No answer. I leave a message. No call back for TWO days! I want my TV! I call V.O. For help and get told, basically: 1. I’m being ridiculous for expecting to speak with someone there because they are«obviously» busy with other customers, and 2. We can LEAVE A MESSAGE! WHAT?!? Three hours later I get called back. When I bought the TV I asked for a morning delivery. Did they offer that? No! Not until NEXTWEEK! Holy crap! So I had to take an inconvenient afternoon 2 hour appointment window and wait a WEEK for my TV. All that for $ 50. If you buy a TV from V.O. and need it delivered, spend the $ 50 on beer & pizza for the friend with a truck, or just rent a U-Haul. It’ll be much less frustrating and probably more fun.

Just had a great experience at Video Only with David S. I had an idea of what I wanted when I walked in, David promptly approached me and answered my questions. I wasn’t ready to buy the first time I came in but after I went home and verified I was getting as good of deal as I would anywhere else and got a vehicle I could get my new tv home in, I went back and the transaction was very quick.

I recently purchased a new TV at Video Only and I have to say, they must’ve changed their business practices since the last reviews(which are two years old). I looked online, shopped at the big box stores, and decided to check out Video Only on a whim. Boy am I glad I did — I was able to save over $ 700 on the TV I was looking at by going there! Their staff was courteous and knowledgeable, without«talking down to me,» and their delivery/setup people were top notch(I hired them to come back and mount our old TV in the playroom). One note — if you are looking for a place where you can«test drive» TVs(i.e. taking them home to try, and then returning them), I recommend trying an online retailer or one of the big national chains. Their return policy is not as lenient as BB(they offer in-store credit, not cash back), but they are more than happy to provide exchanges. For example, I bought a Logitech Harmony Touch remote, but it kept freezing. I called them and they were happy to exchange it for me. Please take the other reviews with a grain of salt — I have had nothing but outstanding service from Video Only, and have started recommending them to my friends

From my expierience I don’t know where the other reviewers are coming from. My sales person spent a lot of time with me and had knowledge of the products. We left to shop around and returned later while our sales person was at lunch. The other guy jumped right in and helped us. We ended up buying a 65in plasma from VideoOnly.

I agree with the previous reviews. Staff did not make me feel welcomed when my family and I walked in. I was going to give them a chance but were very rude. The bald guy insulted me and said«oh, no we don’t carry Vizio» likes its a piece of crap. This guy was a complete ass munch. If I wasnt with my wife and kid I would of… went to Cisco instead. I hope this place closes and that guy ends up working at the Taco Bell next door.

I’ve been there 3 times, that’s 3 times too many. They never seem to have what you want, are expensive and the staff snippy and talk down to you.
