Albertsons

First the seafood manager is horrible at keeping stock of fresh fish they just pull out frozen fish and thaw it and sell it at the same price, and the employees smoke right outside the front door

The worst customer service ever… That non-​friendly, stone faced store manager should have been fired along time ago. Does it hurt to smile and greet your customers?. I requested a reduced price (from $ 7.99) on a swivel up rotisserie chicken that has been under the heat lamp all day. It was the last one at 10:30 pm. Not only did I rec’d a irritating look from him but he takes the chicken and start inspecting it as if I had any reason to lie. Without looking at me, the customer, he tells the cker to take a $ 1 off then walks away. Such an asshole. I wish I had taken a mental note of his name. He’s tall, black and an uninviting expression. If anyone know who I’m talking about, Pls let know. If u don’t like your job, leave it for someone who takes pride in offering customer service and can represent a great store like Albertsons.

Albertsons is not my favorite grocery store but it is fine and a nice option when you don’t want to fight the crowds and parking at one of the super sized grocery stores. This store is a throw back size to what all grocery stores were 15 or 20 years ago.
