Worst Kroger location I’ve visited. Not a great selected in any department. Very disappointing.

Wow can’t believe I’m reading reviews from 2011 and 2012 and now 2015… Nothing has changed! I recently moved to the area after shopping at a top notch Kroger. That said, I was really disappointed with this one! Manager said they are getting an update soon but I don’t see how that is going to help. This store is awful! Can’t stand the parking and the people trash is worse that Walmart! Ugh

Basically, this place is the bane of my existence. I only come here because its really close, and only when I have no other option. Where to start… the place smells like rotten meat and broken dreams. The employees just stare at you like you’re insane if you have any sort of question or even accidentally make eye contact, The parking lot is the worst excuse for a lot I have ever had the misfortune of having to find a spot in, There are literally DOZENS of children crying, screaming, or trying to sell you things as soon as you walk in, People seem to abandon all hope and sense as soon as they leave their cars and shuffle to the store. The worst part HAS to be the western union part of the store. always a 20 minute wait in a line of 2 – 3 people, and the people who work the WU portion know ZERO about WU or how to work the machines, thus the 20 minutes it takes to get $ 15 wired to your grandson for his birthday. Not to mention the attitude of the employees. One woman actually told me «you know imma get soooo faded once i clock out, i dont give a f***!»
I rest my case.

This Kroger has no selection. It has minimal groceries, I would only recommend coming here if you need a last minute item.
I don’t even think the items on my list are exotic: Brussels sprouts? How do you not have those?

Just moved to Euless and this Kroger is very close to my location. I like the location but one side of the parking entrance is very steep. Low riders are screwed.
Employees are friendly but when a friend arrives, customer service goes away and friendship service begins. Actually, I saw this with 2 employees, so not all are bad.
The produce was very decent. Fresh. Overall, not a bad store.

I moved out of Euless almost 4 years ago yet I always come back to this Kroger. Maybe it is nostalgia, the employees or the fact It has a gas station, I always end up here for my grocery shopping needs.
The people who work here are very knowledgeable in where their items are located. When you have a question they do not hesitate in giving you the right info to find your extra spicy salsa. Or whatever it is you are looking for.
I love the fact that the cashiers for the most part banter well with the customers. Although their math skills might lack at times, they are generally great people.
I always get a kick out of the deli. Start talking about Boar’s Head cheese and lunch meat and you will be educated and entertained at the same time.
Same goes with the seafood section, the people here know their stuff.
Whenever I come here it is always a mini adventure and always a pleasant experience.
You really do get good service and great prices at this location.

I went to the pharmacy today and had the best experience you can have when you are sick and just want to get your Rx and go home. The Pharmacy manager told me to give him 20 minutes, it took much less than that. The Pharmacist basically dropped what she was doing to update my insurance and get me set up for a flu shot. I felt terrible but grateful she was willing to help me above others. Thank you Kroger Pharmacy in Euless!

The worst… That’s it

This used to be a nice store back in the day but now not so much. the store is reall dirty and nasty. this place has simply turned ghetto and the prices are really high. I hardly ever go to this place unless there is something on special. I go across the road to albertsons. It’s cleaner and has better prices.

Ghetto totally describes this Kroger. I was forced to take my Grandpa shopping and was so sad we had to go to nasty Kroger over Wal-​Mart Neighborhood Market. It’s small, crowded and stinky. The employees are rude and I just hate it.

I LOATHE this place! I recently moved to the area and live within a 10 minute proximity of this Kroger, so I figured Id check it out. I should have avoided the place after the first time, as each time I go here, it gets worse and worse. I havent seen so much ghetto and white trash people all in one place in quite some time. Its like they congregate here!!! The store is dirty inside, prices are not reasonable for what you are getting, and customer service is poor… Dont go here!!!

Yuck! I absolutely DESPISE this place!
The customer service is absolutely NON-​EXISTENT! They hire NOTHING but rude teenagers who will talk on the phone and to each-​other about «baby daddy» whilst checking you out at the register.
This store also has a very foul odor, is small and does not have the selection that I like at my usual Kroger (on Harwood).
I also absolutely despise the driveways INTO this store, as I have bottomed out my car more than once, going about 0 – 5 MPH.
This is the ghetto of all Krogers. Steer clear!
