I’m so disappointed! I moved to Euless in 2009 and loved this place when I 1st found it. The first girl I used left but she did give me the courtesy of recommending me to another young lady there whom I used up until now. I called to make an appointment with my girl and found that she was no longer there. The girl that I was speaking with talked me into making an appointment with her, she assured me that I wouldn’t be disappointed with her cut so I made the appointment. I got to my appointment ONTIME and waited over 25 minutes– not impressed. On top of that the new girls that are there did ask me if I need help, but they didn’t seem very friendly. Needless to say I got up and walked out. From the looks of it from my car, they didn’t care either. I’m so disappointed I hate having to find a new person and they totally ruined my anticipated transition to someone new.

I am so upset! The owner let the hardest working, best stylist/manager they had go a few weeks ago. Brenda has been my stylist for 20 years and I will follow her anywhere! She is a color genius!! She was let go for a stupid and petty reason and it was clearly due to another co worker there! I have sent numerous clients to this salon and I will NEVER recommend this salon ever again. They have lost my business!!!

Booked an appointment yesterday evening. Once we got their wasn’t greeted at all. Waited 5 minutes and finally had to say something to get noticed… well you know it… they couldn’t find my name on the list… owner/manager rudely told me they couldn’t take me. What the F*** I booked an appointment but because your lazy bum doesn’t want to work, you skip a customer. When I already booked an appointment. Well you can go F your self Brittany

Just went there to get a hair cut n wrote my name on the clip board. No one greeted at all. I sat down n Samina the stylist said so rudely that it’ll be 45 mins wait cuz of appt but I said there is no one else except one person she was doing. She was like corn back tomorrow cuz the appt people will be here soon. She said do u want to make an appt? I was like never n never coming back here. She spoke so rudely. Can’t believe it.

My husband wont go anywhere else, and i’ve tried, but other places have botched what he wanted. I took him here about a year ago(2013), and it stuck. He loves Brenda(i think she is a supervisor) she has given him his picky cut a few times and has also advised him on his thinning hair. She even uses her own Bosley shampoo on him, which is common for stylist to do, but he doesn’t care and loves this. Recently(July 2014) he has had his cut done by Britney and really REALLYLOVES her. Only once he had a bad experience and i’m sure it is because he didn’t explain that he wanted a wash and cut. His ‘bad’ experience was that she didn’t wash his hair, the cut was good in my opinion. After this experience we started calling to make an appointment to be certain we got the lady of his choice to ensure happiness. Appointments aren’t needed, but in our case it is better than taking a gamble on who will be available. I like this place because it’s located next to Kroger and I can do my shopping while he gets his cut.

Possibly the rudest woman I’ve met. Made an appointment a day in advanced, and then when we got there, the lady said that there was no appointment on the books an rudely informed me she would only take her customers. When I informed her that we had gotten her number through referral and had made an appointment, she reluctantly agreed to take us, but only after her one sole customer, like she was doing us a favor. At that point I was so upset that I didn’t bother staying for the cut. She may have been a good hair dresser but I expect at least politeness from someone who works in the service industry.

This was my first time here, and will probably be my last. I was told I didn’t need an appointment that they accept walk ins with no wait. 45 minutes later I finally got my hair cut. The wait time is not worth 13.00. The salon it self is in an older part of town and is not very well kept up in my opinion. If your expectations are to walk in and out looking like you just went to a Regis salon, look further then here.

Popped in here on a whim to see if they could trim my daughter’s hair. Jasmine did a great job listening to what we wanted(fewer tangles, same length). She maintained the length and thinned the ends nicely, all while telling funny stories to keep my kiddo occupied. Twenty minutes and $ 12.95 later, both my daughter and I were happy. This morning, we’re even happier — no tangles and it still goes back into a ponytail! The salon itself is very plain, but Jasmine was delightful and I know that we’ll be back to see her.
