Paid $ 900+ for multi room cleaning. 24 hours after tile and grout were «cleaned» I was told, I would see clean grout. But it looks the same.
There is a sticky residue on the tile floors. I called Dalworth about the residue. Here is their answer word for word:
«There is a residue on tile floors after cleaning. Once you clean the floors, it will go away.»
So, Dalworth covers your tile in a sticky residue, which you have to remove by… wait for it… cleaning your floor. So, I’m cleaning the floor AND paying $ $.
What a deal!
The carpet was cleaned reasonably well.
