I dig my local Italian eatery. Generous portions, good prices. They make a mean pizza, and they deliver, too. I reeeeaaaally like eggplant so my usual is the eggplant rollatini. The portion is MASSIVE. I share it with my kid and still have enough to make another meal out of it. The hubs usually gets a stromboli, and whatever I end up eating, I make a mental note to order that thing next time. It looks delicious and is packed with veggies and cheese. I’m going to have to go visually on this because their strombolis are one thing he won’t share. Fine. My eggplant is all mine. Uh, but of course my toddler can have some. That jerkwad of a dad doesn’t share his stromboli.(‘Kay, I need to remember to order that for myself so I can stop getting fired up here). I’ve been happy with the appetizers, the garlic bread they bring out, and their desserts. They even have good coffee. Service can be hit or miss(they have everyone from teens to grandmas working here), but the food is good. I have some family/friends that make it a point to always eat here when they come on by. Whatevs, that gets me out of making them dinner.

Love this place! The food was amazing. It did take a really long time to get our mozzarella cheese sticks for appetizer but once we did get them out entrée followed out right behind. The service was OKAY. The server seem eager to take care of anyone considering how empty and dead the place was. The entire hour and a half we were there, there wasn’t any other customers. Only thing they need to work on is maybe the décor being updated and their speed of service.

This place is awesome. NY style feel complete with garlic twists, marinara, and strombolis and calzones as big as your head. Wait staff takes care of all the tables, not just their own. Sometimes food is a big long out of the kitchen but it is always worth the wait.

Have had Napolis multiple times. This time I went and got my normal tortellini al la panna. I requested that they make the sauce spicy and they used a buffalo/Tabasco type sauce to do this. It was absolutely disgusting… so gross I could only take one bite. YUCK — we will never return.

Italian food is my absolute favorite and I’m usually never impressed by 90% of the places I visit. This place however was absolutely amazing! It’s a family owned«hole in the wall» so to speak restaurant. I ordered the penne vodka and I have never in my life had anything that even compared to it! The cooks are phenomenal! And the staff is so friendly and extremely attentive! If you are in the area I highly recommend this place it’s great!

The wife and I have been to Napoli’s twice since moving to the area in March. A best find! The times we have been there, everything has been great! Fettuccine Alfredo is wonderful. Lasagna was great. When it is time for Italian… Napoli’s is the place to go!!!

Best meatlovers Stromboli!!! Was going to take pic to last but got so involved… I forgot! Great restaurant with friendly staff. It was so busy with pick up orders… drove past this place for years and NOW I will stop! Great incentive … Keep receipt and return within 7 days for 15% off next order! Love it!

I have passed Napoli’s over the years and never really thought about stopping. Its not normally that I am on this side of town for dinner. We received a coupon in the weekly mailer so we decided to give it a try. The staff was quick to greet us and offer us a seat. The menu was a surprise and a pleasant surprise at that. The menu offered a wide variety of pizza and a large selection of pasta dishes which are made fresh. The salad was good. Honestly, it could have been a lot better with more tomatoes, cucumbers and some red onion. It did come with 1 slice of Roma tomato and 1 slice of a cucumber and 1 pepperoncini. Just a few more veggies would have been nice. I chose the Shrimp scampi which was very good. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The pasta wasn’t overcooked. I prefer it to be cooked al dente. However, I failed to ask but it was still firm. Just glad that it wasn’t over cooked. Again, the service was outstanding.

Don’t let the outside fool you like it did me for the past 10 years living in the neighborhood. A causal glance and one would think that this is one of those old take out only places with only 3 booths. Surprisingly when I walked in and sat down, I liked it right away. Cozy is a word my wife used and I agree. Italian décor but not over done. Sinatra, Dean Martin singing in the background, plenty of room at the table. Served fresh and hot rolls with red sauce. See pictures. Server very friendly and understood that our 3 year old was having a meltdown about what table she wanted. Only two parties in the restaurant but that quickly changed in 30 minutes. The veal parmigiana sub was the best. Sub roll toasted but not burnt. Cheese was the star and lots of it. My wife had plenty of it on her eggplant parmigiana dish. Veal was well breaded and moist, not chewy. Tomato sauce sweet. Tasted fresh and nice and hot. The time to make our meals was longer than I liked, about 20 min but worth the wait. Highly recommend for a good price Italian meal and a cozy place to dine.

The food is pretty good, decently priced. I usually just pick up food to go & the place is usually empty or has like 2 people eating there. We went and ate in a year ago and the shrimp scampi tasted strong like lemon? & the service sucked even though there was only 1 other Couple there. We stopped going but I decided to try them again & they’re ok. The staff are obviously bored & a bit unprofessional but that could be cause they don’t get much service. It’s the closest Italian place to me, I hope they«ship up» cause I love Italian ! I usually get baked manicotti & they haven’t messed up yet lol

So my little sister and I stopped by this place coming home, and I’ll say I was pretty impressed. Priced about the same as Olive Garden, but food was way better. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was THEBOMB. Also, their little in house bread knot things were delicious too. Only thing that caught us off guard was that my sister ordered 3 slices of pizza. The waitress looked at us kind of funny, but took our order. Lo and behold, the original pizza probably could have solved third world hunger because HOLYPEPPERONITHESEPIZZASLICESWEREFREAKINGHUGE!!! And for only around $ 3 a slice? Heck yes I will be returnin’.

I had dinner at Napoli’s last nite with some friends that eat there often. I’d seen the place for years, but hadn’t tried them. The staff was very friendly, the food(I had lasagna, salad and garlic bread) was good and reasonably priced. I plan to return and take my wife. We enjoy small, family owned places instead of all the chains.

I love pizza here. Freshly made with fresh dove. Good for eat in and even carry out. You can order on phone and ask for carry out. I always go there in lunch hours. Mostly you have to wait little bit for your order. So order on phone :)

I finally made an effort to stop by this nostalgic restaurant after driving by it for almost 9 years. A relaxing place to eat New York style pizza. Great place for family dinner or a date. Very friendly staff. Definitely will be back.

Not a bad«mom and pop» pizza place. Had a pepperoni pizza while there and it was pretty delicious. The staff seemed very bored and almost had that«I have to deal with you» attitude. I will say it’s been about a year since I have been there so they might have improved. Either way if you’re in the area, stop in, have some pizza. It’s better then going to cicis or the other major chains.

I drive by this place every day, but never went in until today. A big group of us went there after church and the food was really good. We’ll defiantly be back. This place is another example of a restaurant looking like crap on the outside, which dissuades people from going in, but then once you do, you feel like you discovered a jewel.

I am from the Northeast where you can get very good Italian food(unless I make it myself). The red sauce had great flavor and it was a nice thick consistency. The garlic bread was warm and very good. The service was efficient and friendly. I ordered the chicken parm, it was very tasty. The atmosphere wasn’t great but I would go back for the food. Bring your own bottle. Had a pizza tonight(8÷7÷2014). Great crust, service was still great. Garlic knots have changed. Not so great.

The white pizza was good. I came back for more and it lasted for days. The dessert sucked on the other hand leaving the meal tasting like soggy cardboard. Don’t get the cannoli, because as the waiter noted, they stock them full one day and sometimes they are in there for two days sweating in the fridge. But overall the actual food is pretty good. And for that I give them 4 stars. Thank you Sandra for information! Edit: looked in my bag, and she included a fresh cannoli. So here’s a tip, don’t order the chocolate covered one without asking if they are fresh.

So, living in HEB doesn’t give us a lot of choices outside of the major chain restaurants. Then we have a handful of local places like this that are good in a pinch but definitely not a weekend out place to go. Napoli’s is a place we frequent during the week when I don’t feel like cooking or haven’t had time to go grocery shopping. The food is just ok. I haven’t tried their pizza, but we’ve had several of their pastas which range from bland to pretty good. The eggplant parmesean for example is one to skip — I’ve tried it twice now and the eggplant is impossible to cut through — it’s super thin and the breading gets soggy pretty quickly… just…not good. The spagetti and marinara or meat sauce is pretty good… anything with chicken and white sauce can be bland. Prices are very reasonable, which is another reason we keep going back.
