This place has just ok food but their employees and customer service skills are horrible! They always get my order wrong and when I call to let them know, they ARGUE with me, and, whoever answers the phone says that they made the order themselves and that you don’t know what you’re talking about. I can’t stand this place…

The ONLY reason I would come here is because it’s close to my house. Today was the last straw. it never fails that when going through drive thru something would be missing from my order. Although close to home, still a pain in the rear to go back out to claim missing item. Today I found a hair in my fries and in my shake. GROSS!!!

What a disgrace this location is. Can’t ever get an order correct.
Did you ask for a bacon, egg, and cheese crossandwich? Clearly you wanted that on a burnt biscuit instead.
Request a dry burger? Well at least they TRIED TO SCRAPE the mustard off after they saw their mistake… I’m sure you won’t notice.
Expect your fry pack to be full? Fool.
Think you’ll get an email returned when you complain? You must be an idiot. The employees at this location clearly do not give two poops about their jobs.
Do yourself a favor and drive up to Main and 183 and get your JITB fix at a location that cares!

I have not been to a Jack in the Box since I was a recruiter in Beaumont, TX which was about over a year ago. Walked in and saw that you can order off of a Kiosk and receive two tacos… ummm was not a fan of them back in the day but I can see they have improved them somewhat since then. Still not the best taco ever however they are now edible which made me come here and order more from there since then. One of the cleaner ones as well.
