Sonic Drive-In

I observed the server actually trying to talk a guy out of buying a shake and made him feel offended because he felt that she was trying to suggest he didn’t have enough money to buy it. The service is horribly slow. It seems directionless from management and that customers are no priority to them.

Staff is inattentive, slow, and just plain rude. It took over 5 minutes for the girl to take my order after I pressed the red button. Then it took 10 minutes to get my order to me, and it was wrong. Another 10 minute wait to get it made right.
My order was only $ 4.00 and I gave her a $ 20. She had the gall to ask if I wanted my change. Really?
Then almost 5 minutes to get my change.
It should not take 30 minutes to get food anywhere.
I won’t be back.

This place just isn’t as good as it once was. especially their burgers. went their a few weeks ago and got a burger and fries and was very disappointed. The burger was cold and the fries were Luke warm and soggy. I called the place back and the guy was nice and apologized and said next time I come he will replace my burger. So about a week or so later went back and had it replaced and it just wasn’t much better. its really sad because their burgers used to be really good. the reason I still gave them three stars is they still have some other stuff that is good. like the foot long coney the onion rings and of course their drinks. That’s one thing I can say they are the drink station. they also have a nice little selection of ice cream and deserts. I’ll go back but it won’t be for their burgers.
