Whataburger

Every time I come in here I get a hard luck story from the staff about why they’re better than this place. Just give me my food and direct that energy elsewhere.

This Whataburger by far needs a total makeover. Very. Very old… The food was fresh and the service was fair. No real major issues to speak of, other than its interior is stuck in the mid 80’s

Whataburger is basically In-​N-​Out and McDonalds having a love child. For Texans, this is THEIR In-​N-​Out. There are hundreds of locations throughout the state but went to this one since it was closest to the hotel I am staying at and the fact that I was facing a hunger strike. I ordered a double meat Whataburger meal plus a cinnamon roll. The burger was juicy and delicious and generous in size compared to McDonalds and Burger King. The fries were on par with McDonalds. The Medium drink was huge for its size. Whataburger is not better than In-​N-​Out but is worth going back due to the quality and plethora of choices. As far as the cinnamon roll I’d rather go to the grocery store and buy one from there because that what it looks like. Plenty of good parking. Service was prompt and courteous. Restaurant was clean to its extent. Among the closest locations around DFW Intl Airport off the TX 183. If you are in mood for a good burger this is THE first place to go — especially when you are in Texas.

First impression sucked. I had to use the restroom and was told I couldn’t and a female employee was bouncing around yelling in the men’s room that she had to pee. Very unprofessional. Then the young man taking my order had a side conversation with a coworker while ignoring me for a while. I was obviously not the top priority and that was also unprofessional. Sad thing is. it was the manager that he was talking to. I know this is just a fast food restaurant. but they could put a little more effort. just saying. I’d suggest going through the drive thru if your craving Whataburger.
I am giving 3 stars since Louis stopped by and was very friendly.

I’m not sure what happened to this location (Euless) but I’m a firm believer everything starts at the top! When they initially opened, everything was great. Then the service began to slip to the point of resembling something from the movie Idiocracy (if you haven’t seen it you must). They currently average a «screw up rate» of 50% when it comes to food accuracy and customer service… don’t even get me started!
I do not get it but what I do get is this: Brand new store, incredible location and a good product = a kick ass fast food joint! BUT… it is anything but this and it baffles me how senior management can keep the GM around and how she can keep her management team in place!

By the way we can tell when you pre-​cook the tenders, then throw them in the fryer again and then let them set in grease absolutely disgusting! Like chewing on rubber!

Yummy! The people here are friendly & fast! The jalapeño cheese whataburger is definitely worth trying! The store is always clean which is a major plus!!!,

Wow… Expected McDonalds, was more like Five Guys! Awesome burgers (did I say BIG), delicious shakes, friendly service. First experience at Whattaburger, just gotta love it! I’ll be back!

Always fast and friendly. I dont think they have ever messed up an order of mine. Good food. I love whataburger for a quick burger.

One of the better local WB locations, always well-​cooked and always friendly here. Been coming here off and on for a few years and never been disappointed yet!

Every time I have gone to this whataburger I have never had a good experience. After tonight’s meal, I’m done. Everything I got was cold and soaked in grease more than usual. I sat in the drive thru line for almost 25 min. Needless to say, I will be traveling further to get better quality food

This is one of the better Whataburgers. The food is always fresh and service is always great. It does get crazy after 11, and you’ll always see a cop at night to catch the drunkies in the drive thru.

While trapped in Texas for a couple of weeks, I had the opportunity to grab some grub at Whataburger. Among all the other local fast food joints, this one is about the best. Decent fast food for the money, but Chez Paul it isn’t.

I eat at Whataburger once a week, it’s a guilty pleasure. When they closed my favorite location down (over by the corner of Westpark and 183), I reluctantly started going to this one in Euless (been here for at least 30 years). I seemed to have a memory of cold burgers and mushy fries at the Euless location and hadn’t been there in years.
Well, I have been very pleasantly surprised, never had a bad burger here yet. Sometimes I would get a burger that maybe had been cooked earlier at the other location, never here, they are always hot and fresh. Fries are always crisp and crunchy (soft and mushy fries are a pet peeve of mine), and the one time they weren’t, they happily replaced them. I have to say this is one of the better Whataburger locations in the area, and I’ve eaten at them all in them in the Midcities/​Irving/​Grapevine area numerous times. Oh, and much better than the incredbily over rated and blech In and Out Burger!

I hate to do this but whataburger just ain’t what it used to be. now days they are more concerned about getting people in and out then about the quality of their burgers. they are just to up and down. one day the burger is pretty good the next time you get it, it’s Luke warm and awful. I remember back in the day when you had to wait about fifteen to twenty min to get your burger but when you got it, it was delicious! looks like those days are over sad to say.

What has been said about Whataburger that hasn’t been already been said? This place is a cesspool high school hang out spot for people who are drunk/​stoned out of their minds at 2am and are hungry for some cheap food. There’s ALWAYS a police officer either outside or in paroling this area to make sure nothing goes down. It’s ridiculous really.
But even if you’re not totally inebriated in some sort of way, it’s still a great place to hang out late at night and talk for hours with a friend or group of friends.
Besides that the food is not really that good IMO, it feels like truck stop food. There are certain things on the menu I can go for sometimes, but usually I’m good elsewhere and this becomes a last resort because everything else is closed. The service is really hit or miss, most of the time they’ll mess up your order, take to long or again — mess up your order. So it’s expected but at least it feels the food is made fresh so it’ll get to you tasting nice and hot. Although I feel they use WAY too much salt on their fries and too much grease all around.
If you like greasy fast food, I’d say check it out but expect some sort of kink in your order or experience. Overall this place I have a love/​hate relationship with. Mostly hate. Meh so over Whataburgers.

Great burger & awesome fries!

How have I gone almost 23 years without ever having a Whataburger? Granted, I only had their breakfast but it was so good! I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with hashbrown sticks. The hashbrowns were perfect, not too greasy and just enough salt. The biscuit had great flavor and the ingredients all blended together well. Very yummy for the tummy.
Also the service was impeccable and not fake like Chick-​fil-​a sometimes is. Overall I was very happy and that was just having breakfast…

This location is an abomination to the Whataburger name. I am an avid fan of Whataburger for breakfast, lunch, dinner and any other time I feel like endangering my body with preservatives and grease!
I had a pretty simple order, a number 1 with fries, a number 2 with onion rings, and a justaburger. Cheese on everything please.
They totally got the order wrong. No cheese on any of the burgers. They forgot my onion rings and they got mayo happy on all the burgers.
Gross. Never going to this location again.
And it gets two stars because I’m still a Whataburger fan.
