Very friendly staff that are courteous and professional. The drive through is fast and efficient, AND to date not screwed up an order. The food comes out piping hot!

I love taco Bueno. It’s my favorite fast food place. This is the closest location to my house. I’ve been here many times because of that. It’s shit every time and I’m finally sick of it and won’t be coming back. What do they do right? Nothing. What do they do wrong? Everything. They never ever cut quesadillas. I’ve attached a picture. It’s always like this. How stupid do you need to be to not cut the quesadilla? Multiple ones per order, we got two. The tortillas are always burnt and anything fried or grilled tastes horrible. Chemical or burnt, meaning they didn’t clean the fry oil, the grill, or didn’t remove the stuff enough after cleaning. I worked at Taco Bell for 4 years as a teenager. I know how it works. You spray a chemic on the hot grill presses to clean it. It sizzles and the spray vapors get in your mouth so I know what it tastes like. If my quesadilla tastes like that you can’t clean for crap or your trying to poison your customers. This location is so clueless I wouldn’t put it past them that they are capable of either. The food always tastes old and cold. Wilted lettuce, soggy tomatoes, hard cheese, brittle tortilla ends. They have no clue how to fold a burrito or fold the paper wrapper afterwards. I always have to refold and close it all cuz it’s upside down and open or sideways in the bag. I never see the same employee twice and they are always rude and rushing in the drive thru. They never read your order back and when you ask they complain and comply but boom, just as I assumed you missed something and got another thing wrong. Today they handed me mucho nachos in a ripped bag sideways. Not only should you not put the nachos sideways cuz it ruins them but a clear hole in the bag that your holding cuz my nachos will fall out is just stupidity. I’m near positive all of the employees who flow through here are blazed out of their minds. At this point I have to blame completely incompetent management because all employees are like this. It’s a trashy looking building in a trashy location that serves trash by trash employees. Don’t waste your time.

This is by far THEWORST Taco Bueno! I only come here for the cheesecake chimis and a couple of times they do not have the powdered sugar on them. The wait time is ridiculous. I go to many because i work in ft. Worth and live in Irving this one has ZERO sense of urgency. Fast food NOT!

Okay, I am a HUGE Taco Bueno fan. There are about 3 close to my workplace, however, this location is the closest. I am writing this review in hopes to attract the attention of the manager/staff. I wish they took more pride in the cleanliness of the interior and exterior. Also, the food lacks the freshness that Taco Bueno is known for. I hope they can clean it up and keep it fresh.

These chcken fajitas are not worth $ 8! The chicken doesn’t taste that good and the portion is small for the price and th flavors are way off. Go to to Rosas if you’re gonna spend that much for fast food Mexican. This isn’t worth the price at all

Sucks. They managed to screw up 3 things. Asked for steak taco and got chicken. Asked for hard shells and got soft. Meal supposed to come with queso but none. On top of that almost no meat and all lettuce in the tacos. Don’t waste your money here.

It’s Taco Bueno, yum! As with every location they try to give you hot sauce if you say you don’t want it… gotta tell them twice and sometimes even hand it back to them so you’re not wasteful. Now about this location specifically, once a drive through attendant fought with me at the menu through the speaker about a FourSquare coupon. I announced I would just go to another location rather than fight with him about a coupon and be made to feel like I was out to defraud them. Went to the Glade and 121 location and had explained the issue, that location let me know this location got complained on a lot. I have never went back.

It’s a cheap, fast option right off the highway – and it shows. This location is pretty shabby and the service is a little slow. I tried a new salad bowl and it was fairly sub par. Not bad, just nothing I would go back for(Chipotle’s version is much better). Quick and easy but greasy.

Not particularly busy on the several occasions I visited, but each time the food was decent. Nothing over the top, but very adequate fast food Mexican fare. Much better than anything you will ever get at Taco Bell.

Totally meh for me. This location of Taco Bueno is closest to my work and I’ve dropped in every couple weeks or so for a number of years. In the past this location was busy throughout the lunch hour and the counter was busy, busy, busy. No longer true. My last few visits late in the lunch hour left me sitting in a mostly empty dining room with little to think about except the Nachos I’d ordered. I’m not sure what happened here exactly, the food is basic and difficult to screw up, the staff still welcomes you upon arrival and says«good-bye» when you’re leaving. The level of cleanliness is about the same… just fine. All I know for sure is the fun sense of purpose with the staff is gone as well as most of the clientele who would have brought a beneficial level of activity to the dining room.

I know you’re going to see this an be like,“How can you give a fast food chain restaurant a 5-star rating?”. Let me explain. I love Taco Bueno when it’s good(usually I would give most locations 4 stars). But, since they cook everything fresh at each location your experience can vary depending on the people managing the food. I’ve had a ton of disappointing experiences recently from locations that have been pretty decent most of the time. But now I almost dread thinking about eating at those places anymore. This time was different. I decided to eat at this location a few days after eating at the Long John Silvers not far from there. Ok, if there are any regional supervisors reading this let me give you all the information you need. Store # 3025 Order # 429772 Ticket # 472 Alright, find out who this crew was and make all your local managers see how they run this store. Holy crap! Everything was great! The guacamole was fresh — and green, the chips were also fresh — and crispy, everything tasted like it was prepared properly. It was amazing, simply amazing. For a while there, I thought the regional brass didn’t care about running a proper company anymore.(Really, most of the other Taco Bueno locations close to here are serving up crap — particularly close to Precinct Line.) Want to know what my only complaint was about this place? The temperature of the dining room. It was FREEZING in there. I think it was about mid 40’s outside, and there was no heat in that dining room so my girlfriend and I ate with our winter gear on. But being a little uncomfortable is a small price to pay for getting some proper Taco Bueno food.

Taco Bueno! This particular location is nice. The people are cool, the food is great(and cheap!). The only thing this location doesn’t have working for it is cleanliness… the parking lot and inside could use a little scrub-down, but for the most part, Taco Bueno is WAY better than Taco Bell! Especially since they have«party tacos.» It’s like a party in your mouth! Overall, Taco Bueno gets 3 stars from me… it’s good, but it’s not anything out of the ordinary.
