Waffle House

the only reason I put a one is because my wife left her vent clip for her phone and more than one employee saw it and one put it up but none knew what happen to it the next day. The manager replaced it. But that being said, oh my goodness!!! We ordered our food and within five minutes after we received it a roach crawled out and after informing our waiter he killed it and apologized then went to have a smoke. Not three minutes later another roach came out, in-​which we informed another employee she said we have sprayed but didn’t try to kill it or find it or anything, she was to busy trying to get outside for her smoke. We politely paid for our food and left. My wife called the manager the next day and informed her of the incident, in which again we received an apology. Would not recommend this spot. I’m sorry. It’s a Denny’s and IHOP not far from this location.

This Waffle House is lacking Employees who know what Customer Service is and not to mention that they need someone to teach them how to treat those that pay their pay checks ! If BAD, POOR and RUDE Customer Service is what you’re looking for then this is the place to come to … Not to mention that upon arriving there are 4 employees outside Smoking in front of the establishment and now that I think about the one that was going to be my waiter didn’t even wash his hands and as I’m typing this I see him now cleaning the table that I was just sitting @ minutes ago ! If I’m not mistaken that should’ve probably been done before going outside to smoke ! This place is POOR in every way, shape and form ! If you get sick then you’ll know it’s due to lack of employees waging their hands ! You all might want to consider this a wake up call ! 09.20.2015 DJ «XXX» just wait until my follower hear about this place ! I’ll guarantee you that they will not step foot in this establishment … That’s what happens when you’re in the Music & Entertainment Business for 25 plus years !

Couldn’t finish my food because of all the people screaming at each other. What a waste of money!
This place is filthy, filled with smoke and the loudest place I have been in years. This is one of those times in life where a thing is too expensive, even if it’s free!

At 3am, when you just want to have a waffle, this is NOT the place to go. I know that the people that work there barely make minimum wage but you could still be happy you have a job. We sat there for 10 minutes and weren’t even acknowledged. No water, no menus, no silverware, not even a «hey, how are you?» «We’ll be right with you.» We’re really good tippers, even despite service and you’ve lost our business. We’d rather go to Café Brazil, where the food is phenomenal, the service is top notch and we don’t have to wait 10 minutes for a glass of water. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. It is a Waffle House, after all.

Well the typical dirty Waffle House. They are lucky they have good waffles and eggs. But a roach on the table while we eat!!! I had to kill it with a napkin while the staff watched and didn’t flinch. Seemed they were used to roaches here. Won’t be back to this location!!!

im from the west coast (los angeles) and i have never seen so much fun at work. they really enjoy there job and made sure i was taken care of food was great. a plus service

It is what is. Sometimes they are on it and others plain on waiting a while.

Yes, this is a typical Waffle House, tiny, older waitresses, greasy good food, and locals.
Its kind of scary to think about going to a Waffle House in Euless, over off Euless Main, but its one of the better places to eat for breakfast. There is a Waffle House maybe a little closer by Walmart off Cheeks Sparger, but this one is by far better.
I go on the weekends, usually around church crowd time. This place is never crowded, the waitresses are good. Sometimes their personalities vary, but they are attentive and always get the order right.
And the food, its good. Never too greasy. I highly recommend breakfast, that’s what I always get and its good. Me and my boyfriend go there about once a month. However, be aware, it is a smoking restaurant. And that’s part of why I go, I believe its only smoking on one side of the restaurant.
But, don’t be afraid to stop by here! Its always yummy.

Just not a very good place to go. this was a long time ago but I got food poising from this place and was laid up in bed for about three days. after the incident I was scared to go back there but against my better judgement I went back a couple of times and it’s wasn’t good. one time my food was cold the other time I went it was just bad. I will say this they do have really good hashbrowns. other then that the food isn’t really that good. if your going there just to eat hash browns then go if not I would stay away.

Very local. Smoking is allowed in part of the restaurant which floored me. The waitress was super nice. I had a BLT and it was very good. The coffee was actually exceptional — first good coffee we had on our trip thus far not at all bitter, hardly needed sugar! Son had a cheesy meat thing sandwich and we shared the hash browns with some toppings. Not the cleanest place maybe, but not bad, washroom was huge but could’ve used an air freshner but I smelled bad washrooms in expensive hotels too. For the first time, I felt I was in a small Texas town diner where everyone knew everyone. I really enjoyed that.

This place is dingy, old and filthy.
The food was typical Waffle House — Decent, but nothing to write home about. I like Waffle House but this one is just a filthy rat with a few old locals hanging around the counter area smoking cigarettes and sucking down stale coffee. Unfortunately, it was the only breakfast option available within walking distance of my hotel a few blocks away.
Probably won’t go back.

I’ve been to waffle house before but this one sucked. I waited over 20 minutes for a damn patty melt and when i got it it was cold. The service was terrible. Utensils were not clean and the waitress was too busy yapping to another customer instead of taking care of us. I will never go to this Waffle House.
