Terrible Denny’s. Slow service, argumentative waiters(I once asked for a different glass of water because it tasted funny, and her response was, «Honey, it’s going to taste the same»), you often get dirty silverware(even after you ask for a replacement set), they don’t refill your drink, and they screw up my Grand Slam order every single time because they insist on «memorizing» it instead of writing it down. On occasion I’ve found a piece of lettuce or some other vegetable on my Grand Slam plate, too. I’ve stopped coming here.

I have eaten at alot of Denny’s between here and California for many, many years. This is the first one that refused to substitute toast for pancakes and/or substitute french toast for pancakes. Certainly not putting customer satisfaction at the top of priorities. The food was okay but not happy being told«No» with every request. Finally told them to keep their pancakes and paid extra for toast. My brother told them to keep the pancakes and paid $ 2 extra for French toast. Just doesn’t seem right.

So I’ve been coming here early Saturday morning for the past 3 weeks. I work overnight and this is kind of how I decided to celebrate that the weekend is here Something has gone wrong with my order all 3 times I went here. The waitress is really sweet but there is just always a problem with my food. However, the reason for the one star is that this time I ordered chicken stripes to go and when I got home I took a big bite out of one and discovered it was raw. Absolutely disgusting. I will never go back to this Dennys. Might take me awhile before I go back to any Dennys.

We went to this location and waited 15 minutes for a server. We got up and asked for a server. When she got to our table she said, «I’m not on the clock yet but I guess I can get your drink order.» We left. I can see why this location has horrible reviews.

Consistent service at some of the most competitive pricing! I appreciate and love the variety on their menu and Denny’s constant strive to introduce new tasty menu items. The service was SO fast. The tables were clean and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. I was having to work on my laptop while there and that didn’t annoy her like it would some diner waitresses. Great experience!

FB review… Check. Email to corporate… Check. Unilocal review… Here goes. Worst dining experience ever. Came here to have breakfast on Father’s Day… So disappointed. Mgr has no idea what he is doing. He goes to seat us… We walked around because he wasn’t keeping track of where he was sitting people. Only to be told we had to wait. Fine. We finally get a table 5 – 10 min later where we wait an additional 10 min to have someone take our drink order after I get up and ask someone for help. We sit down at 11. Waitress doesn’t take our order until 11:35. Terrible. Food comes 30 min later. Eggs are dangerously raw/undercooked. Tell the waitress. Ask for coffee and water refills. Which she never brings. 2nd set of eggs come back the same as the first. Mgr sits another family and while walking by asks if he can take our plates. I shove my eggs towards him and make a remark about not being able to eat them bc they are undercooked. He asks me why I didn’t tell anyone. I did. Twice. He just walks away. I Go to check out. He actually asks me to leave a tip. Are you kidding me?! No. Kids food was terrible. Their lemonade was only water that they flavored a little but. My little girls food was undercooked. So dangerous. She’s tiny. The entire problem is management. Sections are terribly mapped out. He is over his head. This is a high traffic place. I’m shocked it’s so terrible. Stay away. Bottom line… Make the drive to Keller Denny’s.

The most disgusting food I ever had. Dennis used to be a good place to eat, Not anymore. The nachos were cold and disgusting and the burger look like it was cooked twice burn and the soon as I pick It up it crumble. Please don’t wasted your time it is disgusting. The service was lousy and the manager was a total jerk. I brought my daughter to eat there a 5yrs old. they said kids eat free but no one knew what day or time. Is a scam, I call the restaurant from my cell phone watching the manager pick up the phone I ask him what days does kids eat free. All this time I’m watching him he told me he had a customer put me on hold there were no one there never came back to the phone. I watching just standing there. They need to closed that place down. This is the Dennis in Euless, Texas of 183(121) hwy. Please don’t order any soft drink. trust me

Much improved service and décor than in past years. This is the closest location to my house, but previously I would travel to the next closest just due to the slow service here. The past few dinners I’ve had, the service was what you’d hope for in a diner — not five star, but not slow and I didn’t have to wait long for my food or drink. The food is typical Denny’s, with lots of American favorites and a few lighter fare options if you are so inclined. Prepared well and tasty enough. All in all, if you want some diner food, you won’t be disappointed.

Terrible service. Went here with my wife this evening. We were there for 15 minutes and then left. Upon being seated by the waiter, we noticed that our silverware was wrapped in crumpled and undone napkins. We asked them to be replaced, and they were. Only to be replaced by dirty looking water stained silverware. The waiter got us our drinks and told us to let him know when we were ready to order. It’s not my job to «let him know» when we’re ready. For 10 minutes we watched up go near our tables back and forth asking other customers if everything was good and made well. So naturally, we left. Never going back. Ever.

Pretty nice location for a Denny’s, definitely upgraded from the last time I was here several years ago.(Nice not having a smoking sections anymore). Mostly, I wanted to Unilocal about the restaurant bc I thought the staff was so friendly and helpful, specifically Dorothy, our waitress, and Jorge, who was at the front computer when we were checking out. Dorothy was just a great waitress, start to finish, and Jorge was sweet and personable. The managers didn’t seem to care that he was having a bit of trouble with the gift card we were paying with and while he struggled, they just watched, then I saw them kind of scolding him while we were still there. The whole experience left a bad impression — I knew he was trying and I appreciated his care and concern over the whole process. No harm, no foul on our end and overall, I was pleasantly surprised with our breakfast trip this morning. Jorge and Dorothy are great assents to their Denny’s team!

First time at this location and Horrible service. Waited almost an hour for food. Then they only brought one meal out and came back 10 min later and said that the cook had burned the food and needed to remake it. Food was also brought out that wasn’t asked for. Will not be coming here again.

Decided to upgrade a star from months ago. New finishes. Again, this is not Del Frisko’s. A nice comfortable place to eat with wide variety of menu items. They are trying to satisfy clients that come in with multiple eating preferences. Take that and try to keep in the same price range and the result is good food that is not over the top. They do a good job and hire staff that may be start up. I still give thumbs up for quality and consistency.

The waitresses were nice, but most of their time was apologizing for the kitchen staff. My scrambled eggs had shells in them and the bottom of my French toast was burnt. I had ordered some to-go red velvet pancake balls and when I ate them later there was some plastic packaging in one of them. :(

Service is awful in this place. We waited 20 minutes and no one came to take our orders. When we left, the waitress just gave us a nasty angry look. This place needs to be shut down if their workers don’t want our business. I guess we were lucky we didn’t eat here — if their service is so bad I can imagine how horrific their food is.

This location is terrible, even for a Denny’s. My family used to come here all the time, then things went down hill, FAST! The service is ridiculous and you have to wait forever for everything. 10 mins for water, 15 mins to order, 25 mins for food to arrive, and when it did finally arrive… it wasn’t very good. When there are only 4 tables occupied you would expect better service. Never again!

Except after bar hopping, or on rare moments when I actually want a big breakfast I don’t have to cook myself or pay obscene prices for, Denny’s is not one of usual choices. It’s not usually because the food or service is bad, it’s just not something I usually want. For the most part, I think of it as one of those places where you get a decent meal at a decent price without a drive through or much of a hassle. Well, Sunday that all changed. Not since a racial incident at a Dallas location in the 1970’s have I had such a bad experience in any location of this chain, anywhere in the country. My roommate and I went to Hurst for a late breakfast when the neighborhood transformer blew on Sunday morning. We were not in any rush since we knew the electricity would be out for a while, and we were not going to try and dress for a fancy brunch without hair dryers and such. So Denny’s seemed a good choice. Wrong — we should have opted for fast food and sat on our front steps in the breeze. The revised menu makes it nearly impossible to order a simple meal of bacon, eggs and toast, and when you finally figure it out(or ask the wait staff) it will cost you $ 7. And if you are our age, their Senior Discount has been scrapped. It’s now only a discount for AARP member and only during limited afternoon hours, so forget it. We were pleasantly surprised at the speed at which our orders arrived. Or at least we were until we started to eat. I can’t think of any way an egg should arrive on a plate with the whites raw. And yet when we called our waitress’s attention to this, she dismissed the complaint by pointing out that one order was for«over medium». When we countered with the fact that the other order was for sunny-side up, the same attitude was taken and she walked off. Given that response, we realized there was no point in complaining that my grapefruit juice has either been sweetened or mixed with something else, or that the chicken fried steak was neither and was thoroughly disgusting. When we decided to abandon this fiasco before being poisoned, I then was made to wait at the register to pay the bill while the cashier and two waitresses finished their personal conversation — even after all three acknowledged that I was waiting! If pleasant, polite, customers with no unreasonable demands are treated this badly, I wonder what happens to cranky travelers, rowdy bar patrons and unruly children.

The waitstaff was nice and friendly. The food on the other hand was gross! I’ve eaten at many different locations and left satisfied. I left sick at this one after eating the Slam Burger. I won’t be back to this one.
