Stoneleigh At Bearcreek

We stayed here a year and the only complaint is that we were on the third floor, which is really tough with kids. They have 2 great pools and a renovated fitness center.

When I first moved into this complex the staff was great and the rates were awesome! After 8 years and 3 new owners the complex is nothing like it was. The rents have sky rocketed from $ 675 for an A1 apartment to $ 1125 for the same unit! The owners basically have forced all of the long term tenants to move out! The office manager is HORRIBLE! She is difficult to deal with and has a horrible attitude! DON’T live on the 1^st or 2^nd floor! The noise from your upstairs neighbors is ridiculous! I was woken up at all hours of the night by tenants stomping around upstairs! The courtesy officer i.e. A Euless police officer is a complete JERK! He is never around and never responds to tenants calls for help! If you move here don’t get an apartment facing the parking lots the area in front of the dumpsters is disgusting and the noise is non stop! Last but not least the FAA has changed the flight rules for DFW airport and planes now fly directly over the complex sometimes until 3AM! There are better complex in the same neighborhood for less money! Let’s not forget the crime! There has been dozens and dozens of car burglaries and apartment broken into in the last 8 years! The owners refuse to hire security patrols and will do nothing to prevent the thefts!

Love this place… we were looking to downsize as we were already here… we looked all around and for the price and clean grounds and fantastic office staff and maintenance we decided to stay here and downsize to a 1 bed from a 2.

Updated review: moved out two weeks ago and was even more impressed with the staff. Damage to the carpet wasn’t charged to me as they appreciated the great strides I went to in order to clean, repair holes in the wall, etc. The exit list is extensive, but they’re not unreasonable about it. Beautiful community, great experience. Highly recommended. Ask for Janet. She is awesome.
