PROS– Super friendly people. clean and comfortable, really happy about price, location, and the place. Pool is super refreshing and great. CONS-​is my tv isn’t working properly but was out of hotel most time so it was ok, bathroom is small but doable, small hole under door. Which meant yes ants in hotel… Ugh. No breakfast, it’s a nice place But can definitely use some fixing up, very nice couple own it though, oh and the WiFi sucks !!!

I have NO QUALMS recommending this property to friends & family as well as booking myself a return stay in the future! I was here in March of 2015 with another OPERA colleague of mine. It’s a delight to put the extra cash towards dinner at Le Stick Nouveau! I park my car at the property & take taxis everywhere. Or, you can take the Trolley which stops right out front. Rarely do I spend time IN the hotel room while in Eureka Springs. I go OUT to the Crescent for drinks on the rooftop lounge, I go OUT to the Palace Bath House for THE WORKS, I go OUT to the opera, to eat, & shop – I SLEEP at THE LODGE!

This is our 3rd year staying here an have no complaints. The rooms are very clean an staff is very friendly an helpful we have noticed that there are new improvements each year that we have went an stayed here. These rooms are very affordable. We actually just got home an booked next years trip already

This is a 5 Star motel! Paul and Kim Dutile were so accommodating. We were originally a party of 3 when we booked, but arrived with a 4th for which we were not charged. New to the area, we were greeted by Kim who gladly oriented us to Eureka Springs. The rom was very comfortable and clean. Extra towels were already waiting for us! We especially liked the fact that The Lodge was just outside of the main loop, but still close to town. Having owned the hotel for a few years, the motel is in excellent condition. Highly recommend!
