Green Diamond Carpet Cleaning

Zac cleaned my carpet yesterday and it looks like new! Couldn’t be happier with the results. His prices are also very reasonable so will call him back next time!

I had Zach clean my carpet on 2 occasions about 6 months apart. I have 4 dogs and both times there were several pee stains and matting down from traffic. Zach takes his time and makes sure he does the best job he can do with all the industry standard chemicals he uses for maximum benefit. This last time, I was moving out of the house and the carpet was in particularly bad shape and I wanted all my security deposit back. Zach was there for about 3 hours and for final walkthrough /​inspection the land lord was impressed by how clean and fresh the carpet was. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs. He is a heck of a nice guy too and very professional.

I moved out of my rental and hired Zac to clean the carpets. He got me in next day and did an amazing job. He was very friendly, professional and fast. When he was finished the carpets were cleaner than when I moved in! I will only ever call him if I need carpets cleaned and will recommend him to anyone I know in need.

Zach with Green Diamond has cleaned our carpets twice now, and I’m so BEYOND extremely impressed each time! He does an absolutely amazing job that exceeds all expectations. I’ll leave an after photo, but a before photo would just be embarrassing… we rent and have white carpets, a 2 year old that’s in and out with shoes constantly, and guests in and out all the time leaving *plenty* of dirty areas and stains even though we all follow a no shoe rule (except our too quick 2 year old). Zach gets it done fast, and it wouldn’t even be possible for it to turn out any better. Our carpet goes from looking completely ruined beyond belief, to beautiful, fresh and amazingly new looking! I highly recommend! And he’s super nice and seems happy to do what he does! Green products are a definite plus also. Highly, highly recommend.

Zac has cleaned our carpets twice and both times I have love the results. Our house was home to four dogs a few cats and a naughty parrot so you can imagine how bad the carpet got at times. He is not only amazing with his carpet cleaning skills, but he is also so sweet and offers great prices.
I have gone with a1 cleaning services before and the man there was super rude, but it was a blessing in disguise since we found Zac instead!!!

Our dog got skunked at 4am, really really bad and rubbed his face all over the house before he came in our room and woke us up. The smell was so toxic, worse than his usual skunkings. We called around for a carpet cleaner and Zach from Green Diamond was the first to answer the phone at 8:30am. After my husband explained what we need and Zach told him his process we felt he knew exactly how to help and could deal with it. He was also available to come that same day, at noon. I was rocking our 6 mo old to sleep and Zach was incredibly polite and accommodating while he went around and sprayed first, then buffed then suctioned the carpets throughout the house. He even uses these plastic protectors for the corners of the walls to protect our fir baseboards. We were totally impressed. More importantly, he knows his stuff well. All the products he uses are nontoxic and Eco friendly and they work fantastic. We have cream colored 100% wool carpets too and they came out incredibly clean; the carpet in between the rugs we have down are now the color of the carpets underneath and protected by the rugs AND the skunk smell is virtually gone. We still need to wipe down the leather couches and door handles where we touched after we touched our dog but the carpets look amazing and smell great. Zach’s customer service is like no other and as the owner, his prices are very fair. He even came on his day off. He gave my husband the name of a deodorizer we can use in the future too. We will definitely be calling him again for nonemergency and help-​our-​dog-​got-​skunked situations in the future! He’s was better than the other guy we had clean our carpets in the past. He made an awful day that much easier. You’re a life saver Zach!
